我国高职英语教学改革进行了18年,却始终没有走出三大误区:即仍然把高职英语当作大学英语教学、把高职英语教学重点放在语法讲解上、把基础英语和专业英语的教学任务落在基础英语老师身上。作为就业导向型职业院校,其英语教学内容与职业教育关联程度不大,所教非所用,所学非所需,培养出的学生无法适应社会职场需要。针对此状况,提出了"高职英语教学职场化"理论,以期通过进一步深化高职英语教学改革,将教师发展职场化、课程结构职场化、教材开发职场化、教学评价职场化,从而实现高职英语教学个性化能力化。 相似文献
