从理论上明晰"人本"的教育理念及取向是"以人为本"教育实践展开的重要前提。"人本"理念强调具体的人作为实践活动的出发点及其对人的价值,突出人的具体性、人与人之间的差异性以及人的发展的生成性。"以人为本"的教育应以人的具体性、差异性为出发点,淡化教育的标准化、符号化和理想化,从划一性教育走向差异性教育、从符号化教育走向自然化教育、从预设性教育走向生成性教育。 相似文献
