常用普通机床导轨基本是采用铸铁(HT200、HT250为多)或以铸铁为基体制造,本文通过对机床导轨面破损产生的几种原因及常用的补焊修复方法的介绍和分析,确定机床导轨面破损传统修复方法应用上存在的局限性原因。同时利用铸件破损修补机,在进行了实践操作和分析后,说明用铸件应用破损修补机修复机床导轨面破损是符合质检标准的,进一步分析证明对机床导轨面的破损修复可以运用铸件修补机进行,且在实践中是值得推广的一项技术。 相似文献

对某机床厂的龙门导轨磨床MMA52160A利用铁谱分析技术的油样进行定期检测,及时地掌握龙门导轨磨床的磨损状况。通过实验与分析发现,在检测时间段内导轨磨床内部存在着正常磨损、切削磨损、滚滑复合磨损磨粒以及铁的氧化物,在数量上以正常磨损居多,其它类型磨粒数量较少,可以判断导轨磨床仍处于正常运行状态。 实验表明,铁谱分析技术可以对机床的运行状态进行预报故障;同时,可合理地确定机床的换油周期,节省油料,做到科学润滑,以延长龙门导轨磨床的使用寿命。 相似文献

在超精密加工制造等领域,为了满足大质量工件的超精密进给定位应用需求,设计并研制了一种大载荷应用情况下的纳米级精密定位平台。该纳米微动承载台采用双闭式气浮导轨,由压电陶瓷致动器结合柔性铰链提供驱动,通过双频激光干涉仪实时监测终端承载台位移并实现闭环反馈控制,有效地克服了压电陶瓷致动器的非线性和迟滞效应,并消除了系统由于刚度不足而产生的不确定性干扰。在传统纯柔性铰链传动机构上增设了双气浮导轨承载台,增强了系统的载荷能力,气浮均化效应也提高了系统进给运行的直线性,双频激光干涉仪取代电容式或电阻式位移传感器的应用,从理论上扩展了行程,保证了平台进给的定位精度和长期稳定性。实验结果表明,在载荷为100 kg情况下,定位精度达±2 nm,行程大于10μm。 相似文献
