短时记忆遗忘一直是阻碍口译顺利进行的一道屏障。认知心理学中的干扰理论和衰减理论分别从不同角度解释了短时记忆遗忘的原因,前者将其归因于新旧信息的相互干扰,新信息取代旧信息的新陈代谢作用,而后者将其归因于记忆痕迹的逐渐消失。以此为根据结合短时记忆的特点着重探讨了英汉口译过程中的短时记忆遗忘现象及如何克服的问题。 相似文献

一、问题的提出 受传统观念影响,一些家长和教师形成一种思维定式,即把学生解决问题能力的强弱和学习成绩的好差归因为智力问题。认知心理学的发展让更多的人逐渐认识到,大多数学生的先天智力并无明显差异,出现学习障碍的主要原因是后天形成的知识框架的缺陷,知识的缺陷就会表现为能力的不足和成绩的差异。教学过程是教师“传道受业解惑”的过程,也是学生学习、记忆、积累、应用知识的过程。学生的知识掌握得是否扎实,能否灵活应用,关键是看所学知识是否转化成了长时记忆,能否在需要时随时从知识结构中迅速提取。二、理论依据 当代心理学家把人的记忆分为感觉记忆（瞬时记忆）、短时记忆和长时记忆,对解决问题思维过程而言,短时记忆和长时记忆更有应用价值和实际意义。长时记忆好比是存放各种知识的“仓库”,思维需要什么知识就可以到“仓库”中搜索并提取,长时记忆中的知识越多,思维反应越快。短时记忆则如同是形成思维结果的“加工间”,通过思维过程形成的结论、推理等,都是在短时记忆中实现的。简单地讲,长时记忆就是知识记忆的时间比较长久,短时记忆就是知识记忆的时间比较短暂。德国的著名心理学家艾宾浩斯的遗忘曲线为我们揭示了人的记忆和遗忘规律,说明遗忘是先快后慢的,要及时巩固,以便把短时记忆及时转化为长时记忆。利用遗忘规律,引导学生正确学习和记忆,是提高课堂教学质量的关键。 相似文献
