对26名坚持太极拳和练功十八法锻炼的老年人,进行了血浆t—PA、PAI活性的测定,并与正常老年人对照组和 CHD组进行了比较。结果显示,坚持太极拳和练功十八法锻炼的老年人,血浆PAI活性明显低于对照组和CHD组。这对防治AS、CHD等疾病有积极的意义。  相似文献

目的观察跳舞毯锻炼对老年女性身体灵敏素质的影响效果。方法从无健身锻炼习惯且身体灵活性较差的老年女性中筛选50例受试者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采用太极拳、实验组则采用跳舞毯训练的方式进行有氧健身锻炼,于锻炼前及经3个月锻炼后,分别对两组受试者的反应速度、身体稳定性及身体灵活性指标进行检测和比较。结果经3个月锻炼后,两组入选者的各检测指标较锻炼前分别有不同程度改善,且以实验组改善效果更显著,尤其反应速度及身体灵活性指标改善效果均明显优于对照组,均P<0.05。结论与太极拳锻炼相比较,跳舞毯锻炼对老年人身体稳定性的改善效果无明显优势,但反应速度及身体灵活性的改善效果明显优于太极拳锻炼,对老年人总体灵敏素质的提高效果更显著。  相似文献

观察太极拳锻炼对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢的影响。将原发性骨质疏松症患者40例随机分成对照组和太极拳组,实验前后对两组患者骨密度值、血清骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)以及骨痛的变化情况进行比较分析,实验结果发现:实验后太极拳组与对照组的腰椎骨、股骨、颈骨密度差异呈显著性;BGP、ALP的比较差异分别呈显著性;骨痛积分两组间比较差异具有显著性。结果说明,太极拳锻炼是防治原发性骨质疏松症的有效方法,值得推广应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨12周太极拳锻炼对运动缺乏的女大学生免疫能力的影响.方法:80名运动缺乏的非体育专业女大学生被随机分为太极拳组(TJQ,40人)和对照组(CG,40人),对照组除了正常的日常活动外,不参加任何体育锻炼,太极拳组在太极拳老师的带领下进行12周的简化24式太极拳锻炼,每天练习30分钟,一周练习5天.两组实验对象在12周锻炼前和锻炼后分别测试血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IL-4、IL-12、IFN-γ、CD3、血睾酮(testosterone,T)、皮质醇(cortisol,C)的含量及全血中CD4+、CD8+.结果:经过12周的太极拳训练,IL-12和IFN-γ含量有升高趋势,但与锻炼前相比并无显著性差异.太极拳组的IgG、IgM、CD4+、T/C和锻炼前及对照组相比有显著升高(P =0.000),血清皮质醇含量和锻炼前及对照组相比有明显下降(P =0.000).结论:长时间太极拳锻炼可以提高缺乏体育锻炼的女大学生的身体免疫应答,提高抵抗疾病的能力.为太极拳在运动不足的人群中普及提供科学的理论依据.  相似文献

腰痛发病率高,医疗支出代价大,严重影响患者的生活质量,对腰痛的康复治疗研究是一个不容忽视的社会问题。目的:探讨太极拳锻炼对腰痛患者康复治疗的影响。方法:40名腰痛患者随机分为三组:一组为太极拳组,一组为核心稳定训练组,这两组每周早上锻炼三次,每次60分钟;另一组为对照组,对照组保持原有的生活方式,不进行任何规律的体育活动。实验组和对照组分别在运动治疗干预前和干预后进行下背痛功能障碍指数评估与弯腰拾物功能测试。结果:12周运动治疗后,发现太极拳组在治疗后下背痛功能障碍失能程度显著小于核心稳定训练组,明显小于对照组,而弯腰拾物测试结果显著优于对照组。结论:太极拳锻炼可以改善腰痛患者的疼痛程度、提高其弯腰拾物的活动能力,太极拳锻炼是腰痛患者运动治疗的有效手段。  相似文献

研究太极拳运动对四年级女大学生血清补体3(C3)与补体4(C4)及总补体活性的影响,为在高年级大学生中开展太极拳有氧运动提供免疫学实验依据。从南华大学护理学院2001级随机抽取40名女生,分成4组,分别设为对照组、实验1、23、组。实验组分别每周进行1、2、3次太极拳训练。于0、2、4、6、8、10、12周后抽血分离血清,分别利用免疫球透射比浊法与50%溶血法(CH50)测定训练前后血清中补体C3、C4质量浓度与总补体活性。结果显示每周参加3次太极拳训练者,血清补体C3、C4质量浓度与总补体活性比对照组及每周锻炼1或2次者高,且在第10周与第12周与对照组及每周锻炼1次者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。说明坚持运动量适中的太极拳有氧运动,能提高高年级女大学生机体合成C3与C4的能力,增强总补体活性。从而增强非特异性抗感染免疫,提高免疫应答水平。  相似文献

目的:应用超声技术观察太极拳锻炼对原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法:选择原发性高血压患者40例,分成太极拳组(HTC,n=24)、高血压对照组(HP,n=16),另选年龄、性别匹配的健康个体为正常对照组(NP,n=16)。HTC组进行12周24式简化太极拳练习(60min/day,6days/week)。在0、6、12周检测受试者的血糖、血脂、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),以及肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(EDD)和内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能(EID)。结果:太极拳锻炼前,HTC组和HP组SBP、DBP显著高于NP组,但EDD显著低于NP组(P<0.05),EID无显著差异。6周、12周太极拳锻炼后HTC组SBP、DBP较锻炼前显著降低,并显著低于HP组;EDD显著高于锻炼前,并显著高于HP组(P<0.05);但锻炼前后EID无显著变化。结论:太极拳锻炼可改善高血压患者受损的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能,但对内皮非依赖性舒张功能没有影响。  相似文献

探讨太极拳锻炼对中老年人细胞代谢功能的影响。方法选取64名练习太极拳的中老年人为观察组,另选47名很少参加体育锻炼的人为对照组,采两组研究对象的静脉血,检验Na^+-K^+ATP酶和Ca^2+-Mg^2+ATP酶的活性,结果,观察组2种酶活性均高于对照组(P〈0.01);性别间差异无显著性(P〉0.05),2种酶活性均与练拳时间呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论是太极拳锻炼能提高中老年人红细胞膜ATP酶活性,改善细胞代谢的功能。练习拳时间越长,效果越好,从而促进健康,延缓衰老。  相似文献

目的:探讨太极拳锻炼对亚急性腰椎间盘突出患者的康复影响。方法:将60例受试者随机分为三组(各20例),A组为太极拳锻炼组,B组为手法治疗组,C组为静养恢复组;实验时间为5个月,期间对所有患者进行跟踪牵引复位和影像学监控,预防不良病变;实验前后测量受试者的腰椎疼痛指数和体成分,组间变化比较采用t检验,组间综合疗效比较采用x2检验。结果:A、B、C三组VAS均有所下降,下降幅度AB组极显著性大于C组,A组显著性大于B组;实验后A组体重和体脂百分比显著低于BC组;组间综合疗效比较,优良率A组好于B组,B组好于C组,组间比较具有显著差异性。结论:太极拳锻炼相对于手法治疗和静养恢复疗效更好,并能控制体成分的消极改变,更有利于康复和预防病症复发。  相似文献

本研究旨在观察长期太极拳锻炼对中老年人体成分的影响,为太极拳的健身作用提供实践和理论依据。以南昌市经常参加太极拳运动的中老年人69人为研究对象,同一地区未经常参加运动的中老年人70人为对照组;使用韩国产的biospace体成分分析仪测定试验组和对照组中老年人的身体成分指标(脂肪含量、体脂百分比、体质指数和体重)。研究结论:经常参加太极拳运动的中老年人体脂含量、体脂百分比都明显小于对照组,提示经常参加太极拳运动能够有效降低中老年人的体脂含量,从而达到预防或延缓脂代谢相关疾病的发生,提高中老年人群的健康水平。  相似文献

目的:观察长拳、太极拳运动对男青年心肺功能的影响.方法:24名大学一年级男生,随机分为长拳组和太极拳组.长拳组进行长拳第三路训练,太极拳组进行简化二十四式太极拳训练,训练周期为12周,每周练习3~4次,每次练习1 h.采用功率自行车直接测定法分别测定12周训练前、后两组研究对象最大耗氧量.结果:12周系统运动前,长拳组和太极拳组的最大耗氧量分别为39.93 ml/kg/min和39.71 ml/kg/min,训练后分别为42.76ml/kg/min和43.20 ml/kg/min,两组分别提高了7%和8%,差异有显著性.训练后太极拳组的最大耗氧量高于长拳组,差异有显著性,两组运动负荷实验过程中的各指标运动训练后也都有明显改善.结论:长拳和太极拳都是很好的健身项目,对提高心肺功能都有良好的作用,其中,太极拳的效果优于长拳.  相似文献

为了解豫北地区高校男教师亚健康及体育锻炼现状,研究体育锻炼相关因素对男教师亚健康发生率的影响,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法对豫北高校男教师亚健康与体育锻炼现状进行了调查研究。结果显示:55.16%的男教师处于亚健康状态,经常参加体育锻炼能明显降低高校男教师的亚健康发生率,锻炼时间、锻炼频度和锻炼强度是影响豫北高校男教师亚健康发生率的主要因素。  相似文献

Physical inactivity is a major contributor to low-grade systemic inflammation. Most of the studies characterizing interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) release from exercising legs have been done in young, healthy men, but studies on inactivity in older people are lacking. The impact of 14 days of one-leg immobilization (IM) on IL-6 and TNF-α release during exercise in comparison to the contralateral control (CON) leg was investigated. Fifteen healthy men (age 68.1?±?1.1?year (mean?±?SEM); BMI 27.0?±?0.4 kg·m2; VO2max 33.3?±?1.6 ml·kg?1·min?1) performed 45?min of two-leg dynamic knee extensor exercise at 19.5?±?0.9 W. Arterial and femoral venous blood samples from the CON and the IM legs were collected every 15?min during exercise, and thigh blood flow was measured with ultrasound Doppler. Arterial plasma IL-6 concentration increased with exercise (rest vs. 45?min, main effect p?p?p?=?.085, effect size 0.28) higher in the IM leg compared to the CON leg (288 (95% CI: 213–373) vs. 220 (95% CI: 152–299) pg·min?1, respectively). There was no release of TNF-α in either leg and arterial concentrations remained unchanged during exercise (p?>?.05). In conclusion, exercise induces more pronounced IL-6 secretion in healthy older men. Two weeks of unilateral immobilization on the other hand had only a minor influence on IL-6 release. Neither immobilization nor exercise had an effect on TNF-α release across the working legs in older men.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to objectively quantify ratings of perceived enjoyment using the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale following high-intensity interval running versus moderate-intensity continuous running. Eight recreationally active men performed two running protocols consisting of high-intensity interval running (6 × 3 min at 90% VO(2max) interspersed with 6 × 3 min active recovery at 50% VO(2max) with a 7-min warm-up and cool down at 70% VO(2max)) or 50 min moderate-intensity continuous running at 70% VO(2max). Ratings of perceived enjoyment after exercise were higher (P < 0.05) following interval running compared with continuous running (88 ± 6 vs. 61 ± 12) despite higher (P < 0.05) ratings of perceived exertion (14 ± 1 vs. 13 ± 1). There was no difference (P < 0.05) in average heart rate (88 ± 3 vs. 87 ± 3% maximum heart rate), average VO(2) (71 ± 6 vs. 73 ± 4%VO(2max)), total VO(2) (162 ± 16 vs. 166 ± 27 L) or energy expenditure (811 ± 83 vs. 832 ± 136 kcal) between protocols. The greater enjoyment associated with high-intensity interval running may be relevant for improving exercise adherence, since running is a low-cost exercise intervention requiring no exercise equipment and similar relative exercise intensities have previously induced health benefits in patient populations.  相似文献

Abstract

It is well established that regular exercise can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, although the most time-efficient exercise protocol to confer benefits has yet to be established. The aim of the current study was to determine the effects of short-duration sprint interval exercise on postprandial triacylglycerol. Fifteen healthy male participants completed two 2 day trials. On day 1, participants rested (control) or carried out twenty 6 s sprints, interspersed with 24 s recovery (sprint interval exercise – 14 min for total exercise session). On day 2, participants consumed a high-fat meal for breakfast with blood samples collected at baseline, 2 h and 4 h. Gas exchange was also measured at these time points. On day 2 of control and sprint interval exercise trials, there were no differences (P < 0.05) between trials in plasma glucose, triacylglycerol, insulin or respiratory exchange ratio (RER). The area under the curve for plasma triacylglycerol was 7.67 ± 2.37 mmol · l–1.4 h–1 in the control trial and 7.26 ± 2.49 mmol · l–1.4 h–1 in the sprint interval exercise trial. Although the sprint exercise protocol employed had no significant effect on postprandial triacylglycerol, there was a clear variability in responses that warrants further investigation.  相似文献

Abstract

We examined the influence of fatigue in the lower leg muscles on the centre of pressure sway during a static upright posture. Twelve healthy young men and women completed the exercise stress test on the triceps surae muscle and continued the exercise until their muscles were fatigued. A centre of pressure sway of 1 min was carried out in a Romberg posture at rest and at different instants after fatiguing exercise: immediately after, 5 min after, and 10 min after exercise. Blood lactate concentration was measured from fingertip samples taken before and immediately after exercise. To evaluate body sway, the following four centre of pressure sway factors were selected: unit time sway, front–back sway, left–right sway, and high-frequency band power spectrum. The measurement device used was an Anima stabilometer (G5500). The data sampling frequency was 20 Hz. After exercise, blood lactate concentration was increased. Significant differences were observed in unit time sway, front–back sway, and high-frequency band power spectrum immediately after exercise. These values eventually returned to baseline levels 5 min after fatiguing exercise.  相似文献

文章使用 SF-36生命质量量表对中老年人生命质量进行调查研究,探讨传统养生类体育对老年人生命质量的影响。结果显示:经常参加传统养生类体育的老年命质量明显大于非体育锻炼人口。对不经常参加体育锻炼的老年人实行传统养生类体育干预,发现经过一年系统的传统养生类体育锻炼后,老年人的生命质量明显提高。说明体育锻炼作为一种干预手段可以提高中老年人的生命质量,建议在社区体育中大力开展、普及和推广太极拳等传统养生体育课程。  相似文献

目的:观察长期运动训练对不同专项大学生运动员心脏自主神经功能的影响。方法:应用PolarRS800采集某大学校男篮代表队14人、校男足代表队14人、普通大学生14名安静状态心率lOmin进行心率变异性分析。结果:系统的运动训练可明显改善机体的心率变异性,使之拥有较高的自主神经调节储备;篮球运动在改善心脏自主神经调控方面优于足球。  相似文献

BackgroundThere is controversial evidence regarding the effect of acute resistance exercise (ARE) on heart rate variability (HRV) parameters, which indicates the activities of the cardiac autonomic nervous system. The aim of this study was to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of the literature on the effect of ARE on HRV parameters and identify its possible moderating factors.MethodsThe PubMed–Medline, Web of Science, SPORTDiscus, and Cochrane Library databases were searched. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) declaration was followed, and the methodological quality of the studies was evaluated. The level of significance was set at p ≤ 0.05. Twenty-six studies met the inclusion criteria. Main effect analyses between pre- and post-test interventions demonstrated an increase in normalized units low frequency (p < 0.001; standardized mean difference (SMD) = 0.78; 95% confidence interval (95%CI): 0.46?1.11) and low frequency/high frequency ratio (p < 0.001; SMD = 0.82; 95%CI: 0.64?0.99) and a decrease in standard deviation of the normal-to-normal (NN) interval (p < 0.001; SMD = –0.58; 95%CI: –0.85 to –0.30), root mean square of the successive differences (p < 0.001; SMD = –1.01; 95%CI: –1.29 to –0.74), and normalized units high frequency (p < 0.001; SMD: –1.08; 95%CI: –1.43 to –0.73) following ARE in healthy individuals range: 15 ± 1 to 48 ± 2 years; mean ± SD).ResultsThere were differences between the subgroups in the number of sets used in an exercise (p = 0.05) for root mean square of the successive differences, as well as for exercise intensity (p = 0.01) and rest between sets (p = 0.05) for normalized units high frequency. Interestingly, there were differences between the subgroups in training volume for root mean square of the successive differences (p = 0.01), normalized units high frequency (p = 0.003) and normalized units low frequency (p = 0.02).ConclusionOverall, there was a withdrawal of cardiac parasympathetic and activation of cardiac sympathetic modulations following ARE, and these changes were greater with higher training volume ~30 min after ARE in healthy individuals. Furthermore, the number of sets, intensity, and rest between sets affected HRV parameters. However, gender, body mass index, and training status did not influence the changes in HRV parameters as a response to ARE.  相似文献

采用问卷调查法,分层随机抽取了辽宁省不同地域、不同性别的小学生、初中生和高中生4 628人,以调查辽宁省青少年的生活方式和体育锻炼行为,并对其成因进行分析。得出以下主要结论:辽宁省青少年没有养成健康的生活方式,学生校内外课余时间的行为选择均以功课为主,学习压力和课业负担较重,直接影响课余生活方式的选择和安排;辽宁省青少年校内外体育锻炼的参与度不高,学校体育教学与校外体育锻炼的契合性不强,体育锻炼的时间比较分散,长期坚持体育锻炼的学生较少;个体主观因素、家庭经济因素、社会导向因素是辽宁省青少年生活方式及体育锻炼行为的主要影响因素。  相似文献
