基于链接分析的我国省市体育局网站信息特征研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用文献资料法、网络链接分析法、数理统计法,通过相关搜索引擎对我国部分省市体育局网站及其页面的信息资源链接特征进行分析,包括网站的文件数、页面数、链接数、链接密度、扩散系数、网络影响因子等指标及其相互关系.结果显示:我国省市体育局网站中指向内部链接的数量和出现频率均高于指向外部的链接;网站自身的内部建设程度、扩散能力、荻取信息能力、揭示深度及与外界网站间的关联还存在着较大的差距;网站规模、网络影响因子处于较好的发展态势.  相似文献

为客观地了解与评价我国体育电子政务信息资源的建设情况,研究构建了体育电子政务信息资源建设的网络影响力评价指标,利用webzip7.0整站下载工具、webstat专用解析链接软件eclipse、Alta Vista搜索引擎对我国市、省一级体育政府门户网站的网络影响力进行计量分析。研究发现:各省市体育局门户网站之间的信息资源建设之间的差距较大;电子政务的主要载体——体育局门户网站的信息含量还有待提高,还可以进一步挖掘体育信息资源的揭示深度;中、东、西部三个地域之间的网络影响力差异显著性并不明显。  相似文献

采用访谈法和座谈法,从体育政策法规、体育资金、体育场地设施、体育活动开展要素、国民体质测试、体育社团组织、体育信息、体育指导员要素、体育监督反馈和体育绩效评价九个方面对株洲市公共体育服务体系现状进行调查。调查结果表明:株洲市政府贯彻执行了我国的体育法律、法规,并制定了一系列相关文件,保证全民健身条例的实施;体育经费来源和体育场地设施的建设,以政府投入为主,社会投入和参与较少,场地设施是制约株洲市体育社团发展的重要因素;体育社团组织、社会体育指导员多,为开展好群众体育活动提供了强有力的保证,促进了体育人口的快速增长;信息发布的途径多且较全面,但时效性不强,没有与其所管辖的县、区体育局网站进行链接;国民体质监测力度不大;在体育监督和绩效评价方面,缺乏群众参与。  相似文献

采用主成分分析与因子分析法,对影响群众体育参与的10个因素进行数据矩阵分析。旨在准确把握中国群众体育参与影响因素和特征。分析确定主成分:驱动因子2个。包括:政府支持和体育发展因子、生活水平与文化素质因子。结果表明,政府支持和体育发展是群众体育参与的基础和保障,生活水平与文化素质影响群众对体育参与的规模与主动性。  相似文献

运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、实地调研、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,对我国各省、自治区、直辖市体育局和国家体育总局直属单位体育信息化建设的现状进行调研.通过对4个层面(基础层建设、系统层建设、渠道层建设和保障层建设)和7个方面(机构和人员组成情况、预算与资金使用情况、制度建设情况、网站建设情况、办公自动化系统建设情况、应用系统建设情况和数据库建设情况)的调研内容进行统计分析,认为我国体育信息化建设进程中在认识、管理机制、投入资金结构、信息化人才、信息资源和信息安全等方面存在问题与不足.提出了对策建议,主要包括加强学习研究,提高统一认识;强化顶层设计,加强规划指导;利用先进技术,加快建设网络信息基础设施;整合信息资源,完善数据库建设;确保信息安全,加强组织管理;合理分配投入,建立健全资金投入保障机制;加强人才培训,发挥体育信息技术基础性作用等.  相似文献

当前我国市级体育局所设部门之间,存在着不同程度的“各自为政”和职能重叠以及自定规则自行监督等情况。未能根据形势发展的需要,加强和整合体育管理中的信息和监督职能。建议我国市级体育局的局级职能整合为体育训练、体育竞赛与体育产业、体育信息与体育健康、体育安全与监督和体育行政管理5个部分。  相似文献

采用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对制约我国竞技体育发展的相关社会经济文化指标进行主成分与因子分析,得出影响竞技体育发展的主要社会学因子共5个,按特征值累计贡献率大小依次为社会经济发展因子、政府及社会投入因子、居民收入水平因子、人口结构因子和从业人员结构因子.其中,政府作为一个国家的控制中心,与社会各部门保持着密切的联系,发挥着总领全局、统筹规划、详细部署的职能作用,在国家竞技体育事业中也扮演着非常重要的角色;居民收入水平也是衡量一个国家经济发达程度的重要指标,对竞技体育也起着基础性作用;另外,人口结构和从业人员结构则是从人口的职业结构、文化程度、农业与非农业等几个方面说明了人口组成、受教育程度、从事职业、国家城市化和现代化水平均对我国竞技体育事业的发展产生深远影响.  相似文献

运用文献综述、网上调查和数理统计等方法对我国22个省体育网站政务信息公开状况进行调查分析.结果显示,在所调查对象中,江苏省体育局、安徽省体育局和福建省体育局政务信息公开较为理想.财务信息公开不理想、政务信息公开目录公开的内容与质量尚需进一步完善、网站申请信息公开渠道尚未真正发挥实效是目前各省体育网站政务信息公开存在的主要问题.细化政府信息公开制度,明确基本公开内容;努力提升网站形象,加大宣传,培养公民参与体育政治意识;建立体育部门监督和绩效评估体系,督促各级政府积极落实政务信息公开制度是进一步完善体育部门网站政务信息公开工作的有效途径.  相似文献

依据体育文化相关理论,对普林斯顿大学、哈佛大学、耶鲁大学和哥伦比亚大学的官方体育网站进行了研究,结果显示:体育网站的物质文化在表现形式、内容架构和体育标识等方面有着一定的特征;体育网站信息反映着完善的组织机构和高效的传媒体系等良好的体育制度文化;体育网站隐含的精神文化主要有体育赛事的引领作用和体育运动的重要地位。  相似文献

校园体育网络平台可以创建丰富多彩的校园体育文化,对江苏省114所普通高校网页进行调查,发现江苏省普通高校体育网页在数量和质量上比过去有所提高,但体育网页开通的比例较低,开发程度较差;网页设计的形式比较杂乱,体育网页构建不全面,许多下级链接无内容可寻;针对体育网页存在的诸多不足,提出了体育网页发展的对策:合理定位;充分重视高校体育网页建设;突出重点;办出特色。  相似文献

This case addresses the relationship between sport and digital spaces by introducing students to strategic marketing processes related to developing a team-managed fan website. The case was created in conjunction with three former members of the Cleveland Cavaliers who helped create www.cavfanatic.com, the official fan site of the team. Key areas addressed within the case study are brand development, brand communication, and brand extension. The case follows a new hire, Natalie, as she joins the new media team of www.cavfanatic.com. The sport marketers she works with review the development of the website and provide information on the strategic development process they went through. In the end, Natalie is charged with looking forward and developing further strategies to continue to engage the Cavaliers fans and to develop the CavFanatic brand.  相似文献

This essay records a recent history of how dedicated and public-spirited lovers of a sport created a virtual community of cricket fans using what was then a new medium called the internet. The website “Cricinfo” was initially a product of this community. The essay then shows how commercial concerns came to override those of the virtual community, as Cricinfo was transformed from a community-based enterprise to a commercial entity. All of this happened at a time when the sport and the internet itself was being transformed by new technologies, and entrepreneurs were taking advantage of these changes to create new economic opportunities. The recent acquisition of Cricinfo by the media giant ESPN (itself owned by The Walt Disney Company) merely continues the trajectory outlined in this essay.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the destination image and behaviours of marathon participants with different levels of behavioural running involvement. This study focused on the Kyoto Marathon in Japan. The survey was conducted on marathon participants. The data of marathon participants was obtained through the Kyoto Marathon 2017 runner survey website. The participants were classified into two groups by cluster analysis – those with high running involvement and those with low running involvement using their experience of marathon events and running history variables. A comprehensive destination image scale was used to assess the practical implications of a sport event. MANOVA and ANOVA were used to test the influence of running involvement on a marathon participant’s destination image perceptions, place attachment, satisfaction and behavioural intentions. These results do not support the role of sport involvement in terms of the key-dependent variables of the study, namely place identity and dependence, intentions to participate in the event again and destination image perceptions. However, the influence of destination image factors and event satisfaction were still evident in their ability to predict sport event tourist intentions to revisit a sport event that is held in the same destination every year.  相似文献

The Norwegian 2006 national curriculum reform introduced elite sport as an upper secondary school subject. The purpose of this innovation was twofold. Firstly, it was a political move to oppose the national growth of private elite sport schools. Secondly, the new elite sport curriculum formalizes opportunities for students taking academic programs in the school system to combine athletic ambitions and schooling. Acknowledging the multi-layered contexts of neoliberal education policy, the paper illuminates how vested interests in elite sport have strongly affected the elite sport pedagogic discourses in local comprehensive schools. The paper problematizes how the introduction of the elite sport national curriculum might have created some fundamental pedagogical and educational dilemmas rather than merely challenge the growth of private sports schools in the marketplace. The paper presents analyses of data collected from a purposeful sample of 3 local upper secondary schools’ website home pages. These schools are of particular interest as they have established partnerships with the national Olympic Committee’s High Performance Center (Olympiatoppen). By using the principle of decontextualization (Bernstein, 1990), my analyses reveal substantial transformations of the national curriculum texts. In contrast to the national curriculum with its emphasis on promoting knowledge, the schools discursively communicate how they provide elite sport opportunities that follow the national Olympic Committee High Performance Center’s philosophy for the development of young athletes.The paper problematizes how collaborations and partnerships with local schools have positioned the prestigious national Olympic Committee's High Performance Center as a recontextualizer of curricular knowledge (Bernstein, 1990. Underpinned by the principle of school choice in the neoliberal reform policy, the paper also highlights how vested national elite sport interests and discourses form part of current marketization processes in the school system.  相似文献
