耕地后备资源储量调查及适宜性评价能够为耕地后备资源的合理开发利用提供科学依据。本文将3S技术支撑下的室内分析和野外科学考察相结合,从自然适宜性和生态安全性角度构建了江南四省(湖南、江西、浙江和福建)耕地后备资源的自然-生态适宜性指标体系,以"一票否决"和"设置容许度"两种方式对纳入的生态安全性指标进行区分,实现江南四省耕地后备资源的提取和评价。结果发现:江南四省共有未利用土地8 992.30km2,耕地后备资源总量为5 394.70km2,集中连片大面积的耕地后备资源基本上已开垦殆尽。储量少、质量低、分布零散是该地区耕地后备资源的基本特征。小面积耕地后备资源的充分利用已经成为江南四省维持耕地占补平衡的需要。 相似文献

社会经济发展对土地需求的增长性与土地稀缺性之间的不协调性历来是土地利用规划需要解决的问题,从经济发展的角度,合理确定区域耕地资源转化为非农建设用地的数量具有重要的价值和实际意义.本文首先给出了耕地资源非农转化的定义,即在一定的社会历史条件下,耕地被非农建设挤占的动态演变过程即为耕地非农转化,并进行了耕地资源非农转化的驱动分析.综合考虑引起耕地数量变化的3个方面:土地整理复垦、经济建设非农占用、生态退耕及自然灾毁,得出耕地的非农转化量即为综合考虑未来人口发展规模在食物安全状态下对耕地的需求量、生态安全建设中生态退耕面积、自然灾毁耕地面积与现有耕地总量、土地开发整理复垦补充耕地平衡之后剩余的耕地数量.构建了耕地非农转化定量预测模型,并以济南市为例,预测到2020年耕地资源的非农转化量为29 876.31hm2.对区域耕地资源非农转化的定性与定量分析,为协调土地利用规划与经济发展对土地的需求之间的矛盾提供了新的思路与方法. 相似文献

宁夏是我国五个少数民族自治区之一,气候干旱,自然条件差,生态脆弱,同时也是我国宜农荒地较多的省区之一。全区总面积6.64万平方公里,现有耕地面积110.6万公顷(1659万亩),后备土地资源总量为80万公顷(1200万亩),其中200公顷(3000亩)以上集中连片的宜耕地后备资源26.7万公顷(400万亩)。全区按自然条件分为北部黄河平原自流灌区、中部丘陵台地干旱带扬黄节灌区和南部黄土丘陵雨养区三个农业区。 相似文献

从土地具有多宜性和耕地具有多功能性的角度出发,构建了耕地自然适宜性评价指标体系、经济适宜性评价指标体系和生态适宜性评价指标体系,基于北京市自然、社会、经济资料及图形资料,运用GIS地理空间分析功能,通过对评价要素的空间叠加、计算,评价了北京市耕地不同利用目标下的适宜性级别和面积,结合不同的发展阶段耕地承担的不同功能,对耕地的多目标利用类型做了分析。结果表明:耕地自然适宜性高、中、低的面积分别为1207.65km2、920.16km2、193.99km2;耕地经济适宜性高、中、低的面积分别为:1077.86km2、1002.55km2、241.39km2;耕地生态适宜性高、中、低的面积分别为1170.46km2、1044.25km2、107.09km2。为了体现耕地多目标适宜的弹性空间,设计了经济效益型、社会效益型、生态效益型3种方案,并对不同的发展目标下的投入水平做了探讨,评价结果可为城市新增建设用地的时空配置提供参考。 相似文献
