Scientists from the Institute of Coal Chemistry (ICC), Chinese Academy of Sciences has recently developed a new catalyst and related techniques for the conversion of durene (1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene). DTA-4000, a deeptow acoustic system jointly developed by researchers from the CAS Institute of Acoustics and their co-workers, has accomplished the task of examining an international submarine cable route in the northern part of South China Sea in last February. This paper addresses the development of an optimal robust control algorithm for the systems with large parameter perturbation. The resulting control system may provide the satisfactory optimal robustness properties in the sense of a modified linear quadratic cost function. The related optimal gain matrix of the Controller for the systems with the defined upper bound of uncertainties could be designed to the minimal degrees via using the approaches to design of optimal robust control as developed here. A method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅳ) in water by frow injection analysis with an amperometric detector has been developed. With a carrier solution of 1% NaCl and 0.1N HCl, chromium(Ⅵ) is determined in small sample volumes at a flow rate of 4.0mL/min, The applied potential is 100mV (vs. SCE). This method provides a detection limit of about 0.2μg/l, with a relative standard deviation of 1.6%. The method can be used for determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in natural water and industrial waste water.  相似文献

In cooperation with colleagues from the China Pharmaceutical University over the past 15 years, researchers from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), a pharmaceutical research arm of CAS, have developed a new injection of acehytisine hydrochloride as a natural medication against heart rhythm disorders. On 13 December 2006,the Shanghai Higher People's Court rendered its final ruling in a case of dispute arising from infringement of copyright in computer software,holding that the plaintiff specially designed an output document for- mat for bundling its own developed application for use in the product it has made,and this act had gone beyond the scope of technological protection measures provided for in the Copyright Law,and that defendant's act of circumvent- ing the output data document format of said software was not an infringement.This is the first case of using technologi- cal protective measure for product bundle in China ever since the amended Copyright Law entered into force in 2001.The ruling is of far-reaching significance in guiding the courts to hear similar cases and for the orderly development of the related industry in China.  相似文献

The activities of the government can be described as reporting the feelings of the people (receiving infor-mation), making policies (processing information) and issuing government orders (sending out information). This is a typical course of information processing. If we can successively trail and scientifically measure this information course, we will be able to appraise the performance of the government in a scientific way. The development of government informatiza-tion and e-government is providing such a kind of appraisement for the government.
