“四大国有商业银行处理不良资产的问题已成为中国经济发展比较大的课题,四家国有商业银行的不良资产率已高达25%左右。”20世纪80年代以来,各国金融体系的不良资产问题已经成为一个全球性的问题。东欧各国政府和金融机构为解决这一问题,进行了许多政策法规的改革、金融体制的金融工具的创新,为解决不良资产积累了大量的经验。因此在我国解决银行不良资产问题的过程中,有必要对经济转轨国家处理银行不良资产的经验进行全面的分析。  相似文献

国有银行不良资产问题是银行进一步改革面临的主要问题。我国成立资产管理公司剥离并处置了大量不良资产 ,但国有银行每年新暴露的不良资产仍数目惊人。往往是旧的不良资产尚未完全消化 ,新的不良资产又产生。据统计 ,1 999年我国国有商业银行剥离出 1 .4万亿元不良贷款 ,2 0 0 1年国有商业银行的不良贷款增加到 1 .8万亿元 ,不良率为2 5 .36%。如果我们不能从根本上解决不良资产的再生 ,那么不良资产问题也就不能得到彻底的解决。因此 ,解决国有银行不良资产的新增是解决不良资产问题的出路所在。只有解决不良资产的再生 ,国有银行才能健康…  相似文献
