本文首先介绍了PF(Particle Filter)和UPF(Unscented Particle Filter)的基本原理,然后针对无线传感器网络(WSN)目标跟踪这一应用方向,采用等级网络结构,参考分布式粒子滤波算法,将UPF应用于WSN单目标跟踪以提高网络跟踪精度,仿真证明UPF较PF在跟踪精度上确实有明显的提高。  相似文献

In this paper, we study a distributed state estimation problem for Markov jump systems (MJS) over sensor networks, in which each sensor node connects with each other through wireless networks with communication delays. We assume that each sensor node maintains a buffer to store delayed data transmitted from neighbor nodes. A distributed multiple model filter is designed by using the interacting multiple model methods (IMM) and a recursive delays compensation method. In order to ensure the stability, two stability conditions are derived for boundedness of estimation errors and boundedness of error covariance. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is illustrated by simulations and experiments of maneuvering target tracking.  相似文献

Distributed target tracking is an important problem in sensor networks (SNs). In this paper, the problem of distributed target tracking is addressed under cyber-attacks for targets with discrete-time and continuous-time nonlinear dynamics. Two distributed filters are obtained for every node of the SN to estimate the states of a general class of nonlinear targets which can be seen in many practical applications. Compared with the existing results in the literature, the network topology of the SN is assumed to be subjected to the denial-of-service attack such that the communication links among sensor nodes are paralyzed or destroyed by this kind of attack. Moreover, the proposed algorithms are designed based on an event-triggered communication strategy that means the frequency of information transmission and unnecessary resource consumption are significantly reduced. The presented algorithms’ stability is also analyzed in the presence of noise to achieve secure event-triggered target tracking in mean-square. Two simulation examples are utilized to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed event-triggered algorithms.  相似文献

研究WSN覆盖优化方面的问题,提高无线传感网络通讯效率。针对无线传感网络节点分布不均匀或者节点失效时,WSN覆盖区域会出现重叠或者指定区域没有被覆盖,造成无线传感网络通讯效率下降的问题,提出了利用一种混沌粒子群算法,根据无线传感网络相关参数和条件建立数学模型,利用优化处理方式对其进行优化,提高了通讯效率。实验证明,利用混沌粒子群算法进行WSN覆盖优化,可以提高无线传感网络优化效率,取得了令人满意的效果。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the dynamic event-based recursive filtering problem for a class of time-varying networked systems under the encoding-decoding mechanism. For the purpose of saving energy consumption, a dynamic event-triggered protocol is applied to determine whether the measurement of the sensor is transmitted or not. In the transmission process of the measurement, a dynamic-quantization-based encoding-decoding mechanism is introduced to encrypt the transmitted measurement. In specific, the measurement outputs are first encoded into codewords which are then transmitted from the encoder to the decoder. After received by the decoder, the codewords are first decoded and then sent to the filter. A bounded uncertainty is introduced to characterize the difference between the original measurement and the decoded measurement. This paper is devoted to developing a recursive filtering algorithm for the considered system such that a minimal upper bound on the filtering error covariance is derived through appropriately designing filter gain. Moreover, the mean-square exponential boundedness of the filtering error is analyzed. Finally, the efficiency and superiority of the proposed algorithm are verified through two simulation examples.  相似文献

In this study, a novel M-estimation based sparse grid quadrature filter (MSGQF) is proposed to improve the robust performance of the nonlinear system. We present a systematic formulation of the sparse grid quadrature filter (SGQF), and extend it to the discrete-time nonlinear system with abnormal measurement values. The M-estimation method is introduced in the SGQF, which uses the Huber’s cost function to update the measurement covariance. Convergence on the modified robust SGQF is established and proved. The sufficient conditions are shown to ensure stochastic stability of the MSGQF. A target tracking problem has been conducted to demonstrate the accuracy of the MSGQF. When measurement abnormal values appear, it outperforms the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), the cubature Kalman filter (CKF) and the SGQF. Theoretical analysis and simulation results prove that the MSGQF provides significant performance improvement in the robustness of the nonlinear system.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-based fusion estimation problem for a class of multi-rate systems (MRSs) subject to sensor degradations. The MRSs under consideration include several sensor nodes with different sampling rates. To facilitate the filter design, the MRSs are transformed into a single-rate system (SRS) by using an augmentation approach. A set of random variables obeying known probability distributions are used to characterize the phenomenon of the sensor degradations. For the purpose of saving the limited communication resources, the event-triggering mechanism (ETM) is adopted to regulate the transmission frequency of the measurements. For the addressed MRSs, we aim to design a set of event-based local filters for each sensor node such that the upper bound of each local filtering error covariance (FEC) is guaranteed and minimized by designing the filter parameter appropriately. Subsequently, the local estimates are fused with the aid of covariance intersection (CI) fusion approach. Finally, a numerical experiment is exploited to demonstrate the usefulness of the developed fusion estimation algorithm.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the distributed H filtering problem for a class of sensor networks with stochastic sampling. System measurements are collected through a sensor network stochastically and the phenomena such as random measurement missing and quantization are also considered. Firstly, the stochastic sampling process of the sensor network is modeled as a discrete-time Markovian system. Then, the logarithmic quantization effect is transformed into the parameter uncertainty of the filtering system, and a set of binary variables is introduced to model the random measurement missing phenomenon. Finally, the resulting augmented system is modeled as an uncertain Markovian system with multiple random variables. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the stochastic system analysis method, a sufficient condition is obtained such that the augmented system is stochastically stable and achieves an average H performance level γ; the design procedure of the optimal distributed filter is also provided. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the fault diagnosis (FD) and fault-tolerant tracking control (FTTC) problem for a class of discrete-time systems with faults and delays in actuator and measurement is investigated. In the first step, a discrete delay-free transformation approach is introduced for an constructed augmented system such that the two-point-boundary-value (TPBV) problem with advanced and delayed items can be avoided. Then, the optimal fault-tolerant tracking controller (OFTTC) is proposed with respect to an equivalent reformed quadratic performance index. Moreover, by using the real-time system output rather than the residual errors, a reduced-order-observer-based fault diagnoser for the augmented system is designed to diagnose faults in actuator and measurement, and solve the physically unrealizable problem of proposed OFTTC. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnoser and OFTTC is illustrated by a realistic design example for industrial electric heater.  相似文献

主要研究了视频图像目标跟踪准确性问题。在基于核的颜色特征统计描述及以此建立视觉目标观测概率方法的基础上,提出了一种改进的粒子滤波视频图像目标跟踪算法。首先,本文给出了基于标准粒子滤波的单特征、单目标跟踪算法,然后针对加权样本参数的选择不同,提出改进思路,最后通过与基于均值移位视觉目标跟踪算法的实验结果对比。提出的改进的粒子滤波跟踪算法在稳健性方面有显著地提高,而且若适当选择视觉跟踪参数,在实时性方面能得到有效地保证。  相似文献

This paper studies the asynchronous state fusion estimation problem for multi-sensor networked systems subject to stochastic data packet dropouts. A set of Bernoulli sequences are adopted to describe the random packet losses with different arriving probabilities for different sensor communication channels. The asynchronous sensors considered in this paper can have arbitrary sampling rates and arbitrary initial sampling instants, and may even sample the system non-uniformly. Asynchronous measurements collected within the fusion interval are transformed to the fusion time instant as a combined equivalent measurement. An optimal asynchronous estimation fusion algorithm is then derived based on the transformed equivalent measurement using the recursive form of linear minimum mean squared error (LMMSE) estimator. Cross-correlations between involved random variables are carefully calculated with the stochastic data packet dropouts taken into account. A numerical target tracking example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

Based on the conflict and crosstalk avoidance mechanism (CCAM), we propose a sleeping–awaking method for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) in which the maximal degree node (MDN) and all its neighbors run sleep or wake simultaneously while other nodes run the CCAM. This method is said to be the same sleeping–awaking method (SSAM). The SSAM is motivated by the congestion and collision problems of cliques, MDN and its neighbor set in the communicating graph of the WSN. In this communication way, the related protocol about the SSAM is provided accordingly. Under the designed protocol, we get a Markovian switching WSN with both white noise disturbance and multiple time-varying delays. Based on the theory of exponential stability in pth moment, we show that the protocol ensures the WSNs to keep in synchronization with the target function. A numerical example shows that the WSN can keep its target-synchronization even with large time delays.  相似文献

This article studies adaptive prescribed performance tracking control problem for a class of strict-feedback nonlinear systems with parametric uncertainties and actuator failures. Firstly, in order to compensate the multiple uncertainties and eliminate the influence of actuator failure, a new adaptive tracking controller based on first-order filter technology will be proposed, which simplifies the algorithm design process. Then, by introducing an asymmetric state transition function, the transient and steady performances of the output tracking error are both constrained such that the predetermined performance control goal is achieved. Moreover, to reduce the communication burden from the controller to the actuator, the event-triggered mechanism is designed, and there will be no Zeno phenomenon. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is strictly proved that output signal can track the reference signal and all the signals of the closed-loop system are bounded. Finally, a simulation example is performed and the results demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed strategy.  相似文献

In this paper, a security consistent tracking control scheme with event-triggered strategy and sensor attacks is developed for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems. For the sensor attacks on the system, a security measurement preselector and a state observer are introduced to combat the impact of the attacks and achieve secure state estimation. In addition, command filtering technology is introduced to overcome the “complexity explosion” caused by the use of the backstepping approach. Subsequently, a new dynamic event-triggered strategy is proposed, in which the triggering conditions are no longer constants but can be adjusted in real time according to the adaptive variables, so that the designed event-triggered mechanism has stronger online update ability. The measurement states are only transmitted through the network based on event-triggered conditions. The proposed adaptive backstepping algorithm not only ensures the security of the system under sensor attacks but also saves network resources and ensures the consistent tracking performance of multi-agent systems. The boundedness of all closed-loop signals is proved by Lyapunov stability analysis. Simulation examples show the effectiveness of the control scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, the centralized security-guaranteed filtering problem is studied for linear time-invariant stochastic systems with multirate-sensor fusion under deception attacks. The underlying system includes a number of sensor nodes with a centralized filter, where each sensor is allowed to be sampled at different rate. A new measurement output model is proposed to characterize both the multiple rates and the deception attacks. By exploiting the lifting technique, the multi-rate sensor system is cast into a single-rate discrete-time system. With a new concept of security level, the aim of this paper is to design a filter such that the filtering error dynamics achieves the prescribed level of the security under deception attacks. By using the stochastic analysis techniques, sufficient conditions are first derived such that the filtering error system is guaranteed to have the desired security level, and then the filter gain is parameterized by using the semi-definite programme method with certain nonlinear constraints. Finally, a numerical simulation example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed filtering scheme.  相似文献

Augmenting feedback control systems with disturbance observer (DOB) is a widely used technique in system design to compensate for the effect of exogenous disturbances as well as plant model uncertainties. In practice, actuator saturation should be taken into account in the design of control systems with DOB. In such cases, we have observed performance degradation due to zero mean measurement noise in the form of tracking loss. This phenomenon has never been reported in DOB literature. This paper reports the phenomenon, analyzes the conditions under which the tracking loss occurs, and also presents design guidelines to avoid the tracking loss. Experimental verification is also provided using a BLDC motor drive testbed.  相似文献

In this paper, the distributed fusion filtering issue is investigated for multi-sensor systems with the constraints from both time-correlated fading channels and energy harvesters. A specific scenario is considered where the sensors can harvest energy from the natural environment and may consume a certain amount of energy when transmitting measurements to the filters. In order to properly deal with the energy supply relationship between a battery and multiple sensors, a dynamic energy-allocated rule is proposed in this paper, i.e., the storage battery provides energy to sensors in order of different sensors’ priorities. Additionally, the channel fading phenomenon is also taken into consideration and the fading coefficient is described by a dynamic process. In this paper, we are committed to designing a local filter such that, under the effects of the time-correlated fading channels and energy harvesters, an upper bound on the local filtering error covariance is firstly derived by using the mathematical induction and then the upper bound is minimized by designing the local filter gain. Next, the covariance intersection approach is employed to obtain the fusion estimates. Finally, a simulation is provided to verify that the presented filtering strategy is feasible and effective.  相似文献
