采用定量的相关分析和回归分析方法研宄武汉地区R&D投入与专利申请量、专利授权量之间的数量关系,通过实证分析发现,专利产出与R&D投入并不是呈现着线性的相关关系,而是呈现着指数曲线或三次曲线关系.数据进一步平移后.呈现着近似的线性关系。这说明武汉地区R&D投入对专利申请量的影响较为平稳.对专利授权量的影响存在明显的滞后,符合不同类型专利产出的特点。武汉应对R&D投入进行合理的配置.以使R&D投入与专利产出达到最适宜的投入产出比。  相似文献

R&D支出是企业的一项重要投资,同时也是人们所关注的一项重要信息。以深市上市公司为研究时象,对上市公司R&D支出水平及其经济效果进行研究。检验了R&D支出与公司发展之间的相关性。研究结果表明,R&D支出与公司技术资产、盈利能力以及企业增长呈正相关关系。由此说明R&D支出时于信息使用者正确评价企业投资价值有着重要意义。  相似文献

基于文献研究,构建了一个企业R&D投入产出的计量模型,并利用中国1999—2005年间29个省市(不包括海南、西藏)大中型工业企业的面板数据,对政府科技资助、企业R&D支出、金融机构贷款等对企业R&D产出的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明:从全国总体来看,政府科技资助和企业R&D产出之间没有固定的线性回归关系;进一步对东、中、西部三大经济区域分别研究,发现在中部地区,政府科技资助促进企业R&D产出;在东部和西部地区,政府科技资助对企业R&D产出作用不显著;在东、中和西部的大多省份,企业自身R&D支出明显促进了R&D产出;在东、中、西部,金融机构的贷款对企业R&D产出的影响不显著。  相似文献

以2002至2004年间的495家上市公司为样本,实证检验了高管持股对企业R&D支出的影响。结果发现,高管持股与企业R&D支出之间呈显著正相关关系,且这种正相关关系仅存在于高科技类上市公司。这表明对高科技类企业高管的股权激励有利于增加企业的R&D支出。  相似文献

文章对1991—2003年我国专利申请受理情况及国家R&D经费支出情况进行了统计分析,发现我国在科技大步向前发展的同时也存在一些问题:如发明专利申请量小、企业尚未成为技术创新的主体、基础研究经费支出太少等。研究了我国R&D经费支出中应用研究和试验发展研究经费投入之和与专利申请量的关系,得出两者之间存在着高度的正线性相关关系,回归方程为:Y=148.607X+23693.35,即专利申请量随着应用、试验发展经费投入的增加而增加。文章最后就解决目前存在的问题提出了一些建议。  相似文献

知识经济的到来预示着创新已成为推动经济增长至关重要的因素。那么,创新活动中的R&D(研究和开发)投入与经济增长的主要量度指标GDP增长之间是否存在必然的因果关系?是创新投入促进了经济增长,还是经济增长刺激了创新投入?本文将通过对六个发达国家即美国、英国、法国、意大利、加拿大和日本的R&D支出与GDP增长之间关系的初步研究,尝试回答前述问题,并由此引出关于中国R&D投入的建议。  相似文献

本文分析了黑龙江省科技投入与科技产出现状,指出R&D经费内部支出、科技活动经费内部支出存在严重投入不足,技术成交额、高新技术产品出口额很少。在此基础上,对科技投入与科技产出的指标之间进行了相关性研究,指出科技活动人员数与科学家、工程师数,R&D经费内部支出与科技活动经费内部支出,专利授权量与科技活动人员数、科学家和工程师数有较强的正相关关系。  相似文献

Bats, the only mammals known to possess the real ability to fly, have fascinated zoologists for a long time with their long-distance migration. How do they find their way home from an altitude of kilometers above sea level, where their stunt of ultrasonic echolocation does not work? Recent discoveries supported the theory that bats might be able to use magnetic clues to figure out their own position,just like what birds do. However, the latest results from a joint study by a group of researchers from the CAS, East China Normal University and University of Auckland reveal that bats apply an interesting strategy different from the one underlying birds' orientation technique, though they both are believed to derive information about their position from the subtle changes in the magnetic field of the Earth.  相似文献
