根据水资源安全评价指标确立的原则,建立全面合理的水资源安全评价指标体系。在面板数据分析领域下,提出基于中心点三角白化权函数的水资源安全灰色评估模型,根据白化权函数值离差最大化原理改进指标权重的确定方法,并利用灰色聚类时间系数来表征面板数据的时间维度,反映水资源安全评价的时间特征和评价指标的重要程度。结合青海省8个行政分区的水资源安全评价结果,验证了该模型合理、可行。  相似文献

确定了在沥青路面评价中的评价指标,构造了计算评价体系各指标权重的AHP模型。运用Delphi法来构造AHP模型中的判断矩阵.得到了各层次指标在综合评价中的权重。然后相应于路面状况的5个评价级定:优、良、中、次、差,把评价指标的取值范围划分为5个灰数域,并选择三角形的白化权函数.建立了路面评价的灰色理论模型。最后运用灰色理论对AHP模型巾的指标作灰色评价,得到了各层次的灰色评价结果。  相似文献

以工程造价咨询企业为研究对象,构建其信用评价指标体系;针对其信用信息数据搜集难度大、指标数量多、相关性强的特点,以主成分分析法作为指标约简和赋权方法,以三角白化权函数灰色聚类作为信用分类方法构建其信用评价模型;最后以宁波市30个工程造价咨询企业为样本集进行实证分析,结果表明该评价模型能够较好地处理小样本、高维数的信用数据,同时具有准确率高、分类区分度好、误判成本低的优点。  相似文献

 大企业是国家自主创新的重要生力军,是国家经济实力的基础和依托。本文基于灰色白化权函数定权聚类法构建了大企业自主创新能力的评价模型,并运用AHP法对测度指标进行了赋权,以33个制造业大企业为样本,对其自主创新能力进行了实证测度。结果显示:当前我国大企业自主创新能力总体状况很不乐观,其主要测度指标的表现也很不理想,与世界知名创新型企业尚有较大差距,挑战严峻,形势紧迫。  相似文献

以生态旅游开发综合记性评价中的标准灰色聚类算法所表现出来的精确性不高的问题为着眼点,设计了一个以端点三角白化函数优化灰色聚类算法为基础的生态旅游开发综合经济型评价模型。第一步是以聚类要求为根据对子类数进行确定,并借助生态旅游开发综合经济型评价的情况对指标取值范围的分界点进行确定,以得到的对象为依据对所有指标观测值所属的子类隶属度进行确定,并对定向子类的聚类对象的优劣以及顺序进行确定。经过仿真实验发现,与标准的算法比较,本文提出的改进模型的评价精确性更高。  相似文献

水资源承载力是度量水资源安全的一个重要手段,是探讨用水对策的重要依据,也是近年来水科学领域研究的热点问题.该文在灰色系统理论理论基础上,根据信息论中Jaynes最大信息熵原理,提出了一种水资源承载力评价模型;将其应用到山西省黄河流域水资源承载力评价中,并将评价结果与模糊综合评判结果进行对比分析,说明了该模型结果的分辨率、灵敏度以及评价的可靠性都有一定程度提高,从而为水资源承载力研究提供了新的思路与方法.  相似文献
