针对我国科研院所和大专院校近年来普遍通过给科技期刊"定级"等方法来评估科技论文质量的现象,指出了这种过度简单化的处理方式对期刊发展及科学研究的不良影响,从概率论角度分析了不同质量标准科技期刊与其所载科技论文之间的质量关系.论证了我国学术研究领域目前所流行的几种划分期刊等级的典型"标准'之不合理性.  相似文献
