信息标准化管理对突发事件的积极应对是现代企业和各类组织所面临的重要问题。基于企业信息标准化管理模式以及该模式下不确定风险的应急需求,通过对协调环境下的供应链、突发事件下的供应链应急建模仿真研究,进一步分析了供应链突发事件应急决策,提出信息标准化管理下供应链应急协调启动机制。研究结论表明:由于突发事件而无法明确该事件的持续期限,采用信息标准化管理可以建立供应链应急协调启动机制,同时保证该方案的有效可行性,能更好地促进企业核心竞争力战略目标的实现。 相似文献
