随着软件技术尤其是互联网的蓬勃发展,开源越来越成为世界信息技术及产业发展的重要方向。然而,在日益繁荣的开源环境下,我国的开源人才无论在质或量上都存在较大的不足,开源的核心技术和话语权主要掌握在国外少数科技巨头手中,面对美国对我国进行的技术封锁和科技脱钩的危境,存在闭源断供的风险。因此,如何大力发展我国的开源教育,快速培养开源人才是高校人才培养面临的挑战。本文通过分析开源的技术发展、产业和人才现状以及高校培养人才的紧迫性,提出以开源能力评价为导向,创新人才培养模式,引导师生进军开源,以培养我国开源技术核心人才。  相似文献

开源创新是一种依托互联网生态环境、民主化开源社区、多元激励机制将独立分散个体汇集起来的一种创新模式。本文在对国内外关于开源创新及其激励机制相关文献进行研究的基础上,全面梳理了开源创新的内涵、特征、组织结构和治理机制,比较分析了用户创新、合作创新和开源创新的异同,构建了开源创新的结构特征图,提出了开源创新激励机制存在多元性和过程阶段性等特点,并根据参与者“动机-行为-绩效”研究、不同组织下的激励机制、环境情景下的开源创新应用等方面的不足,提出了未来的研究展望。  相似文献

电子硬件界对软件以外的领域进行开源运动,开源文化又添硬件一脉,硬件设计原理图及相关软件代码完全开源共享,促成了开源硬件的诞生及其广泛使用。为大幅降低系统整体成本,体现开源硬件的灵活性,对多传感器综合创意模型系统的数据采集进行研究。采用 arduino UNO 开发板和传感器套件,通过 GPIO 的读写实现互动型创意系统,对门铃、房间灯光、户外秋千、围栏等设施进行控制,采用 LCD1602 液晶屏显示欢迎信息并实时刷新采集到的数据信息。系统典型数据采样及刷新率达到毫秒级别,部件可替换,便于功能升级和产品迭代,具有互动性和观赏性,易于学习和使用。  相似文献

As institutions of Higher Education try to balance limited resources with the rising costs of technology, some institutions are turning to Open Source software for campus-wide applications such as course management systems and portals. The assumption is that Open Source will provide the flexibility to build pedagogically sound learning environments while increasing technology efficiencies. This paper outlines the current state of Open Source software deployment in US Higher Education based on a survey of 772 Chief Academic Officers and Chief Information Officers conducted in 2006. The results indicate that Carnegie classification is a critical differentiator of awareness, adoption, and perceptions of Open Source software applications, with perceived cost of ownership being the key driver of Open Source adoption. Moreover, the study shows that institutions have made little progress in the development of polices and procedures for Open Source regulatory compliance and security. The study serves as a baseline for future research into the conditions for successful use of Open Source for supporting integrated learning environments that deliver campus-wide efficiencies.

Shahron Williams van Rooij   is Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology at George Mason University with a focus on the university’s e-Learning Certificate Program. She holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from the City University of New York and has just completed a second doctorate in Instructional Technology and Software Information Systems at George Mason University. As a Certified Distance Education Professional (C.D.E.P.) credentialed by Texas A&M University, she is a frequent speaker on the development of Web-based education and has published in a variety of journals such as the WebNet Journal, the Journal of Interactive Learning Research, the Journal of Modern Business, the Marketing Research Review and the Journal of Research on Technology in Education. Prior to joining GMU, she was the Director of Marketing at Datatel, Inc., in Fairfax, VA, where she facilitated the engineering of new e-learning technology solutions.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Multi-User Virtual Environments (MUVEs) have gained more prominence in education of late; however, the question of their theoretically sound implementation remains relatively understudied. The current article addresses this gap through the explanation of how a MUVE platform Second Life was used in an undergraduate course for pre-service teachers. Instructional decisions are explained within a theoretical framework of Open Source Educative Processes and are illustrated by specific multiple data sources. Based on the semester-long observations, the authors argue that Second Life can be used to create independent learning communities that have possibilities for transformative learning, creating contexts in which students move beyond simple understanding and engage multiple perspectives in their meaning-making processes. The authors explain the potential instructional and technological pitfalls involved and how to deal with them through a micro-analytic Open Source methodology, and raise broader philosophical questions about the role of technology in education.  相似文献

Video analysis, using the program Tracker (Open Source Physics), in the educational process introduces a new creative method of teaching physics and makes natural sciences more interesting for students. This way of exploring the laws of nature can amaze students because this illustrative and interactive educational software inspires them to think creatively, improves their performance and helps them in studying physics. This paper deals with increasing the key competencies in engineering by analysing real-life situation videos – physical problems – by means of video analysis and the modelling tools using the program Tracker and simulations of physical phenomena from The Physics Education Technology (PhET?) Project (VAS method of problem tasks). The statistical testing using the t-test confirmed the significance of the differences in the knowledge of the experimental and control groups, which were the result of interactive method application.  相似文献
