为研究认知运动对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,实验设置了活动丰富和活动单一环境,建立了小鼠学习记忆模型。实验结果表明:对小鼠进行一定强度的水迷路游泳训练后发现,一定强度的训练对两组小鼠的学习记忆能力均有显著的提高。活动丰富环境更有利于提升小鼠学习记忆的能力。  相似文献

栀子苷对急性乙醇中毒致小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:研究栀子苷(geniposide)对急性乙醇中毒小鼠空间学习和记忆障碍的改善作用.方法:采用一次灌胃乙醇(50%,7mL·kg-1)造成小鼠空间学习记忆障碍,应用Morris水迷宫实验观察栀子苷(10,20,40mg·kg-1,ig,10d)对乙醇致空间学习记忆障碍模型小鼠的保护作用.结果:栀子苷各剂量组均能改善急性乙醇中毒所致的小鼠空间学习和记忆障碍,能明显缩短寻找站台潜伏期和游泳路径.结论:栀子苷可预防急性乙醇中毒所致的空间学习和记忆障碍.  相似文献

目的:研究三七总皂苷对小鼠学习记忆功能及对内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响。方法:对东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍小鼠进行跳台及“Y”型迷宫行为学检验,同时测定了小鼠脑内AchE的活性。结果:在跳台实验和“Y”型电迷宫行为学检测中,三七总皂苷用药组(100,200mg/kg)对小鼠学习记忆功能有明显的改善作用,并可抑制小鼠脑内AchE活性。结论:三七总皂苷对东莨菪碱造成的学习记忆获得障碍小鼠的学习记忆能力均有明显的改善作用,该作用可能与抑制AchE活性有关。  相似文献

目的:研究大黄酚对东莨菪碱致小鼠空间学习记忆障碍的作用及脑内NO和NOS的影响.方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分组,设立正常对照组、东莨菪碱模型组及大黄酚小剂量组(0.1mg·kg-1)、中剂量组(1.0mg·kg-1)、大剂量组(10mg·kg-1).各组分别腹腔注射给药,对照组和模型组给溶剂,大黄酚组给大黄酚,于第5天给药30min后,除对照组腹腔注射生理盐水外,其它各组注射东莨菪碱1mg·kg-1,20min后进行Morris水迷宫测试,测试5d后处死,取其脑组织进行NO和NOS测定.结果:大黄酚各剂量组可明显改善东莨菪碱所致小鼠的空间学习记忆障碍,并可以降低小鼠脑内NO含量和NOS活性.结论:大黄酚能明显改善东莨菪碱所致小鼠空间学习记忆障碍,并降低其脑内NO含量及NOS活性.  相似文献

[目的]观察益智仁水提取物(A lp in ia oxyphylla M iq.fru it,AOF)对脑老化小鼠海马SOD活力及海马蛋白含量的影响.[方法]选用健康成年昆明种小鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机数字表法将其分成5组:对照组、模型组、脑复康组、AOF低剂量组、AOF高剂量组.用D-半乳糖皮下注射诱导小鼠脑老化模型,采用学习记忆行为训练和生化测定结合的方法,观察AOF对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,测定海马组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和海马蛋白含量.[结果]①AOF对脑老化小鼠学习记忆能力的影响:模型组达标所需训练次数显著高于对照组(p<0.01),AOF低、高剂量组达标所需训练次数显著低于模型组(p<0.01).②AOF对脑老化小鼠海马SOD活力的影响:模型组小鼠海马SOD活力显著低于对照组(p<0.05),AOF低、高剂量组小鼠海马SOD活力显著高于模型组(p<0.05).③AOF对脑老化小鼠海马蛋白含量的影响:与对照组比,模型组小鼠海马蛋白含量显著降低(p<0.01);与模型组相比,AOF低、高剂量组小鼠海马蛋白含量显著增高(p<0.01).[结论]AOF可提高脑老化小鼠海马SOD活力,增加海马蛋白含量,对D-半乳糖诱导脑老化小鼠的学习记忆障碍具有显著的改善作用.  相似文献

研究慢性束缚应激对小鼠体重和学习记忆能力的影响.小鼠每天进行6h的束缚应激,记录每天的体重变化,Y迷宫试验观察小鼠学习记忆能力,同时用荧光法测定血浆皮质酮的变化.结果表明,慢性束缚应激显著抑制小鼠体重的增加(P《0.05),同时显著升高血浆皮质酮水平(P《0.01),Y迷宫实验证实束缚组小鼠的学习记忆能力下降.慢性束缚应激抑制小鼠体重的增加和损害小鼠学习记忆能力,可能与束缚应激导致的高水平血浆皮质酮相关.  相似文献

目的 :探讨大黄酚对小鼠学习记忆力的影响。方法 :采用一次性训练被动回避性条件反应方法—避暗法 ,观察了大黄酚 (chrysophanol)对小鼠学习记忆的影响。 结果 :大黄酚可拮抗东莨菪碱造成的记忆获得障碍 ,改善亚硝酸钠造成的记忆巩固不良和 30 %乙醇造成的记忆再现缺失。结论 :大黄酚对小鼠的学习记忆力有一定的影响。  相似文献

应用水迷宫学习模型测试慢性不完全睡眠剥夺组动物和正常对照组动物的空间学习记忆能力,并计算出两组小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数.结果发现,慢性不完全睡眠剥夺组动物与正常对照组相比,动物到达水下平台的时间和游程明显增加(P<0.01);动物的胸腺指数显著减小(P<0.001).说明慢性不完全睡眠剥夺导致小鼠学习记忆能力下降和免疫功能减弱.  相似文献

观察N-甲基-D天冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor,NMDA)受体拮抗剂美金刚对小鼠条件性恐惧记忆的影响.将小鼠随机分成生理盐水组、美金刚低剂量组、美金刚高剂量组.通过三种不同的给药时间和测试方法来检测不同情况下小鼠的僵直度.结果表明,急性药物预处理过程中,不同剂量的美金刚对小鼠的短期和长期记忆有不同的影响,而药物对小鼠恐惧记忆的消退没有显著作用.由此可见,美金刚对小鼠的条件恐惧记忆能够产生一定的作用,此作用随药物浓度和药物处理方式的不同而改变.  相似文献

通过观察白藜芦醇对淀粉样蛋白(Aβ25—35)诱导的空间学习记忆功能损伤的影响,探讨白藜芦醇对老年痴呆的治疗作用.方法是采用侧脑室注射Aβ25—35和腹腔注射白藜芦醇2周后进行Morris水迷宫测试.比较不同处理后的大鼠逃避潜伏期、到达平台游过距离以及目标象限内游泳所占的时间百分比.得到以下结果(1)Aβ25—35引起大鼠学习记忆的下降;(2)白藜芦醇有效地逆转Aβ25—35导致的学习记忆的损伤.因此,腹腔注射白藜芦醇有效地阻止了Aβ25—35对学习记忆的损伤.这些结果提示白藜芦醇是治疗AD学习记忆功能损伤的有效策略.  相似文献

In the split-attention effect spatial proximity is frequently considered to be pivotal. The transition from a spatially separated to a spatially integrated format not only involves changes in spatial proximity, but commonly necessitates text segmentation and picture labelling as well. In an experimental study, we investigated the influence of spatial proximity, text segmentation, and picture labelling on learning performance. A total of 165 students, divided into five groups, participated in the study. Four of the groups learned from spatially separated texts and pictures in a 2 × 2 design with the factors text segmentation (continuous vs. segmented text) and picture labelling (unlabelled vs. labelled picture). The fifth group learned from a spatially integrated text and picture. Retention and comprehension of the learning material were assessed. Students' working memory capacity and spatial ability were also assessed. The results replicated the split-attention effect with respect to retention only. This effect is attributed mainly to text segmentation and only partially to picture labelling. Spatial integration, however, did not enhance learning.  相似文献

This experiment was designed to examine the effects of gender role and task content on performance in learning dyads and to test the potential mediator effect of an intragroup process related to transactive memory. A total of 44 same-gender dyads participated in the study and were asked to collaborate on a stereotypically masculine or feminine task in a laboratory setting. Collective performance and transactive memory were measured. As predicted, the results showed an interaction between group gender and task content on group performance, with male dyads showing poorer performance on a masculine task than female dyads. However, contrary to expectations, this moderation effect was not mediated by transactive memory, which appeared as a simple mediator of the relationship between group gender and performance. The results are discussed in the framework of the social role theory, and implications for future research in small learning groups are proposed.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of individual differences in state anxiety on tasks tapping the central executive, phonological, and visuo‐spatial components of working memory (WM). It was designed to test Eysenck and Calvo’s processing efficiency theory (PET) which suggests that the phonological and executive components of WM may be important in understanding learning outcomes in anxiety. Typically‐developing children aged 9–10 years were split into high and low state anxiety groups. They performed three WM tasks – forward and backward digit span (assumed to measure phonological and central executive components of WM respectively) and a spatial working memory task (measuring the visuo‐spatial component of WM). Measurements of task accuracy were taken as an indicator of performance outcome or effectiveness. Time taken to complete tasks and a subjective rating of mental effort were taken as measurements of performance efficiency. No differences were found between high and low state anxiety groups in task accuracy for any measure. Children in the high state anxiety group, however, took longer to complete the backward digit span task and reported increased mental effort in the forward digit span task, indicating some effect of anxiety on measures of performance efficiency.  相似文献

The working memory skills of children with four categories of special educational needs (SEN) were investigated: general learning difficulties, language problems, literacy problems, and attentional and behavioural problems. Children with general learning difficulties performed poorly on measures of all three components of the working memory model: the phonological loop, central executive, and the visuo‐spatial sketchpad. Children with problems specific to language had impairments of the phonological loop and the central executive only. The working memory abilities of the groups with literacy and behavioural problems fell within the normal range. These findings are explained in terms of specific roles played by components of working memory in supporting learning activities.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the factors that are likely to play a role in individual learning outcomes from group discussions, and it includes a comparison featuring test-enhanced learning. A between-groups design (N = 98) was used to examine the learning effects of feedback if provided to discussion groups, and to examine whether group discussions benefit learning when compared to test-enhanced learning over time. The results showed that feedback does not seem to have any effect if provided to a discussion group, and that test-enhanced learning leads to better learning than the discussion groups, independent of retention interval. Moreover, we examined whether memory and learning might be influenced by the participants’ need for cognition (NFC). The results showed that those scoring high on NFC remembered more than those who scored low. To conclude, testing trumps discussion groups from a learning perspective, and the discussion groups were also the least beneficial learning context for those scoring low on NFC.  相似文献
