在处理制革废水中常用SBR工艺,试验探讨了不同HRT、进水pH、COD负荷、NH3-N浓度、活性污泥浓度的运行参数,研究SBR工艺处理制革废水的最优运行参数．结果表明：SBR反应器在进水COD为1500～2000mg／L、NH3-N为150～250mg／L、pH为7．5、运行污泥浓度在3．0g／L左右、曝气时间为18h时COD去除率能达到95％左右,NH3-N去除率达到97％左右,其出水能够达到一级出水标准． 相似文献

为强化去除分散养猪冲洗水中的有机物和营养元素,基于生物沸石吸附－再生和固体碳源强化反硝化技术,构建多级生态沟渠系统,并考察其间歇运行性能及水力负荷对系统的影响。结果表明,多级沟渠进一步处理分散养猪冲洗水（先经序批式 ABR 处理）,出水平均 COD、氨氮（NH ＋4－N）、总氮（TN）和总磷（TP）分别为192．0、25．74、60．64和2．63mg／L,符合畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准。进水流量为5L／d 时,2号沟渠平均硝酸盐氮（NO －3－N）累积量为75 mg／L 左右,NH ＋4－N 去除量为65 mg／L 左右,二者大致平衡;稻秆充足时,3号沟渠对 NO －3－N 的去除量为80 mg／L 左右。 相似文献

采用实验室规模的序批式活性污泥曝气反应器（SBR）工艺处理模拟的印染废水．通过实验分析了不同曝气时间、进水浓度、静沉时间与SBR处理效果之间的关系,确定了SBR法处理中低浓度的印染废水的最佳运行参数．实验结果表明,在SBR的曝气时间为8h,沉淀时间为1h的条件下,且废水进水pH值为7．5～8．6,COD—cr为8901080mg／L、氨氮为13～20mg／L、色度为350倍左右时,该工艺对CODcr、氨氮、色度等均有很好的去除效果,经处理的印染废水COD、氨氮、色度去除率分别为50％～70％、40％～67％、20％．该法具有投资少、运行费用低、操作简单的特点． 相似文献

EM和高分子絮凝剂对庆大霉素生产废水进行处理，结果显示单独使用EM时最佳的接种量是0．3％～0．4％，pH为8，处理时间为36小时，处理温度取自然温度(室温)，经正交实验最佳组合为B3A3C1，即最佳的温度为30℃，最佳接种量为0．5％，最佳pH为5。处理后COD从20000mg／L降至1000mg／L左右，经高分子絮凝剂处理最佳的pH为8.／10000的絮凝剂聚丙烯酸钠加量为0．75～1．0mL／250mL废液，沉降时间为1．5～2．0h，主要污染指标COD降低到了350mg／L，达到了国家排放标准(≤350mg／L)。 相似文献

采用粉煤灰制成的陶粒在A/O接触氧化工艺中处理校园生活污水,考察了该工艺对COD、NH_4~+-N、TP的降解效果.本研究中A/O工艺装置采用连续进水,以陶粒为填料,对其进行挂膜,结果表明:当温度为20.5~28.5℃,pH值为6.7~7.8,进水流量为180~200 L/h时,HRT为9.6~10.6 h,DO浓度大于2 mg/L以及进水COD、NH_4~+-N、TP分别为85.20~139.90 mg/L、13.81~22.11 mg/L、1.32~4.52 mg/L时,陶粒挂膜性能好,系统启动速度快,稳定运行对COD、NH_4~+-N和TP的去除率分别可达93.83%、90.42%和72.65%,出水COD、NH_4~+-N浓度能满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准,TP能够满足二级标准.以粉煤灰制成的陶粒在A/O接触氧化工艺中的应用达到较好的脱氮和碳氧化的效果、出水水质稳定、生物膜稳定性强等优点.该研究为生活人口较多的校园及地区独立建设污水处理设施提供了工艺和数据支持. 相似文献

污水处理过程中产生的剩余活性污泥量大,难以被处理处置,目前已成为污水厂自身的严重污染源。用不同浓度的HCl溶液、NaOH溶液分别对城市污水厂剩余活性污泥进行处理后,对其中溶解性氮、磷物质的破解释放规律进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,在泥水体积比相同的条件下,同浓度NaOH溶液对污泥NH4＋－N的释放效果好于HCl溶液,但对溶解性PO43－－P的释放质量浓度低于HCl溶液;两种方法中NH4＋－N的最大释放质量浓度分别是106．0、153．4 mg/L ,PO43－－P的释放质量浓度分别是133．5、126．3 mg/L。研究为进一步污泥资源化应用提供了理论依据。 相似文献

用Fenton-微波辐照法处理模拟中药废水,采用单因素实验研究Fenton试剂投加量、pH、微波功率对中药废水降解效果的影响.实验用水的COD为1078 mg/L,色度180倍.当pH为4,Fe2+投加量为200 mg/L,每升水样H2 O2投加量8 mL,微波功率160 w,辐照时间60 s时,COD去除率可达到78％以上,色度去除率可达到72％以上.出水的COD在238 mg/L以下,色度在50以下.微波-Fenton法比单独Fenton法反应时间短,对COD、色度的降解效率高. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius.
