审稿不力是导致当前高校文科学报质量下滑的主要原因之一。为保证和提高高校文科学报质量,抵制学术失范和学术不端行为的发生,就必须从强化学报编辑对＂三审制＂的认识、建立以编辑为主导的审稿决策机制、实行学科专家复审和专职主编终审、建立审稿专家数据库、实行专家匿名审稿、缩短审稿时滞、有效运用现代信息技术甄别稿件等方面进一步完善审稿制度,使审稿机制科学化。 相似文献

目的:建立一种简便的在线审稿系统.方法:以Notepad和Dreamweaver作为开发工具,利用ASP技术,选用了较为常用且简单方便的Access作为系统存储信息的数据库.结果:建立的系统分为审稿员模块和管理员模块两大部分.其中审稿员具有对稿件的修改及评论权限,即学报的审稿工作;而管理员功能比较多些具体可以为用户信息模块、学报添加模块和学报信息管理模块.结论:简便的在线审稿系统设计成本底,应用方便等优点,但是还有需要改进之处. 相似文献

为了减少科技期刊编辑工作强度、加快稿件处理速度,研究设计一种框架模式,通过对模式的抽取实现实际的编辑业务规则的稿件处理系统.系统的实现采用MVC架构,采用Spring＋Hibernate 开发框架,以XML作为数据存储的载体贯穿MVC的各个部分.通过互联网将作者、编辑、审稿专家、主编等相关人员紧密联系起来,实现投稿、编辑、专家审稿、主编初审、主编终审的连续处理.实现审稿系统的人性化、合理化、流畅化,通过网络的数字化彻底提高编辑部的办公效率.系统投入运行后,大大提高了编辑的办公效率,缩短了稿件处理的周期. 相似文献

Peer feedback often has positive effects on student learning processes and outcomes. However, students may not always be honest when giving and receiving peer feedback as they are likely to be biased due to peer relations, peer characteristics and personal preferences. To alleviate these biases, anonymous peer feedback was investigated in the current research. Research suggests that the expertise of the reviewer influences the perceived usefulness of the feedback. Therefore, this research investigated the relationship between expertise and the perceptions of peer feedback in a writing assignment of 41 students in higher education with a multilevel analysis. The results show that students perceive peer feedback as more adequate when knowing the reviewer perceives him/herself to have a high level of expertise. Furthermore, the results suggest that students who received feedback from a peer who perceives their expertise as closer to the reviewee’s own perceived expertise was more willing to improve his or her own assignment. 相似文献

I use autobiographical narratives to describe and analyse my involvement in peer review activities in science education and to illustrate their historical, social and cultural constitution. I explore ways in which peer review and science education have interrelated in 30-plus years in which I have been a science educator. I employ cultural sociology and activity theory to identify patterns of coherence and coexisting contradictions that create tensions able to catalyse improvements in science education. I argue that early career science educators need a gradual induction into peer review activities, preferably increasing their effectiveness by coparticipating with more experienced colleagues. Also, I critically examine my roles as a peer reviewer, within various contexts that include being an editor of journals and a book series, an examiner of dissertations and an advisor of graduate students, and as a reviewer of applications for tenure and promotion. In so doing I probe power relationships between the reviewer and the reviewed and explore the possibility that peer review is hegemonic. Finally, I present strategies for science educators to reach a collective understanding of how to enact peer review equitably. 相似文献

The psychometric measures of accuracy, reliability and validity of peer assessment are critical qualities for its use as a supplement to instructor grading. In this study, we seek to determine which factors related to peer review are the most influential on these psychometric measures, with a primary focus on the accuracy of peer assessment or how closely peer-given grades match those of an instructor. We examine and rank the correlations of accuracy, reliability and validity with 17 quantitative and qualitative variables for three senior undergraduate courses that used peer assessment on high value written assignments. Based on these analyses, we altered the single most significant variable of one of the courses. We demonstrate that the number of reviews completed per reviewer has the greatest influence on the accuracy of peer assessment out of all the factors analysed. Our calculations suggest that six reviews must be completed per reviewer to achieve peer assessment that is no different from the grading of an instructor. Effective training, previous experience and strong academic abilities in the reviewers may reduce this number. 相似文献

近年来,我院学报编辑部很重视学报交流工作,采取了专人负责、突出服务与实用、动态管理等措施,收到了一定成效,特别是针对性有所加强,但仍然存在着学报利用率不高等问题。结合对全国不同地区的30所高职院校的学报交流情况的调查、统计、分析,认为今后各编辑部应从思想上更加重视此项工作,根据实际情况变化,随时调整学报的交流单位,同时对收到的学报,建议在编辑部进行统计、建档和学习研究之后将其转移至学院图书馆,由其进行管理,并向师生开放。另外,图书馆和编辑部关于学报的对外交流也应统一管理,避免重复,以企实现效益最大化。 相似文献
