美元霸权下的国际经济秩序演变成为当前国际关系的核心。布雷顿森林体系确立了美元霸权,而美元霸权的内在矛盾却导致了布雷顿森林体系的崩溃。牙买加体系时代,美元霸权因路径依赖和相对强势得以继续维持。后金融危机时代,新兴大国经济迅速崛起,美元霸权面临前所未有的挑战。美元霸权成为美国掠夺他国财富的重要工具,它加剧了全球经济失衡,增加了国际金融风险,制约了国际经济秩序向着有利于全球经济发展的方向演变。因此,建立公平合理的国际经济秩序成为当前发展中经济体的共同目标。 相似文献

霸权国自古就存在,但当今世界上唯一的全球霸权国就是美国。美国霸权最大的不同之处在于其霸权的制度性。美国制度霸权的特点是其霸权与国际制度相辅相成。国际制度所提供的国际公共物品,是指有纯粹的或一定的非排他性、非竞争性而为所有成员国（组织）或部分参与成员国（组织）所享用的各种制度性体系,包括国际秩序、国际合作、国际安全、国际汇率稳定等方面。国际制度既是国际公共物品的一种供给形式,也是一种特殊形式的国际公共物品。现今国际制度所提供的国际公共物品基本上是以美国霸权为基础,另一方面构成了美国霸权及其维持的主要基石。 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English.
