文章讨论了模块2DPCA(two-dimensional principal eomponent anallysis)的人脸识别方法.传统的PCA方法是在特征抽取之前将子图像矩阵转化为图像向量,这样会造成维数增大.二维主成分分析算法(2DPCA)作为模式识别领域的一种重要算法,它直接利用原始二维图像矩阵,生成特征提取所需的图像协方差矩阵,具有较高健壮性.模块2DPCA是2DPCA的推广,模块2DPCA方法先对图像矩阵进行分块,将分块得到的子图像矩阵直接用于构造总体散布矩阵,然后利用总体散布矩阵的特征向量进行图像特征提取.与2DPCA相比,模块2DPCA方法在识别性能上优于PcA.、比2DPCA更具有鲁棒性.最后就模块2DPCA存在的问题进行了讨论. 相似文献

在与人交互情况下,针对物体识别系统通过反馈信息自动优化识别能力问题,提出一种结合梯度直方图（HOG）特征提取和支持向量机（SVM）进行特定物体识别的方法。运用Tensorflow训练语音识别模型反馈人机交互信息,使系统实现自优化。以手表类别作为识别对象,通过HOG特征描述对手表进行特征提取,通过二维主成分分析（2DPCA）和线性判别分析（LDA）对整体和局部特征进行降维,运用改进的空间金字塔匹配模型通过SVM对其分类,并运用非极大值抑制（NMS）确定区域,运用训练的梅尔倒谱（MFCC）特征语音识别模型对反馈信息进行识别,最终整合信息优化识别系统。实验表明,该系统对手表有较高的识别率,并能通过人机交流在较短时间内使系统实现自优化。 相似文献

针对语音情感识别的特征提取和分类模型构建问题,首先提出了一种基于语谱图的特征提取方法,将语谱图进行归一灰度化后,利用Gabor滤波器进行纹理特征提取,并采用主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)对特征矩阵进行降维;然后分析了卷积神经网络(convolutional neural networks,CNNs)并把其作为情感识别分类器;最后在Emo DB和CASIA库进行了不同的比对实验.实验结果取得了较高情感识别率,表明了所提特征提取方法的有效性以及CNNs用作情感分类的可行性. 相似文献

虹膜识别技术是一种非侵犯性的身份鉴别技术.文中探讨了虹膜识别系统,该系统分为虹膜图像的捕获、图像的预处理、特征提取和匹配几大部分;并在此基础上提出了自动虹膜识别算法和虹膜图像的校准技术,最后用基于相位匹配和二维傅里叶变换的幅值差方法来确定虹膜图像的匹配结果.实验证明,该方法运算速度较快,识别效果良好. 相似文献

在虹膜识别的研究和应用领域,虹膜特征提取是虹膜识别中的核心技术,提出基于第二类2D Real Gabor的虹膜识别算法。首先计算Gaussian函数的对偶窗函数：然后将对偶窗函数的RGT对归一化后的虹膜纹理进行分解,利用得到的第二类2D Real Gabor变换系数求取局部均值与方差作为虹膜纹理特征。在算法上实现完全实数运算,大大降低了算法的复杂性。实验结果及数据分析表明了此方法的合理性及有效性。 相似文献

在掌纹采集过程中,由于受光照噪声的影响,以及手掌的弓形常常给掌纹采集带来噪声.基于此,提出小波变换子带杂交的一种新颖掌纹识别算法.该算法综合考虑小波同层各子带及相邻层子带分解系数的噪声特点,采用基于掌纹图像空间能量加权,再由二维主元分析(Two-dimensional Principle component Analysis,2DPCA)算法降维、去相关,最终由最小距离分类器完成掌纹识别.基于香港理工大学公布的PolyU掌纹数据库的实验,此算法正确识别率达到100%.同2DPCA算法相比,提出的算法不仅正确识别率较高,识别效率也较高. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius.
