为更好地给工业化型钢连接装配式(Steel connecting Prefabricated Concrete,SPC)梁柱节点匹配不对称配筋梁截面,通过改进SPC节点中H型钢削弱(Reduced Beam Section,RBS)构造,采用截面分析法研究了翼缘削弱比、压板宽度比和压板厚度比对抗弯截面模量的影响。结果表明:当强侧翼缘压板对受压时,翼缘削弱比、压板宽度比和压板厚度比增大,均导致截面模量先线性增大后趋于稳定;当弱侧翼缘压板对受压时,翼缘削弱比增大导致截面模量快速线性增大,截面模量在压板宽度比增大时基本保持稳定,随压板厚度比增大而缓慢增长。基于对抗弯截面模量影响规律的认识,提出了型钢不对称抗弯截面的设计方法,以供工程实践参考。  相似文献

介绍了飞机方向舵雷击后剩余强度试验方法。试验件为飞机复合材料方向舵全尺寸部件。方向舵结构由复合材料层压板、复合材料面板NOMEX蜂窝芯夹层结构及金属结构件组成。该试验利用国际先进的MTS多点协调加载系统进行双通道高精度协调加载,并利用集成的VXI1629数据采集模块自动进行同步数据采集。试验方案科学合理,试验加载精度达到0.4%满量程以内,试验方法可为其他大型结构部件静力试验提供参考。  相似文献

Cased explosives generate highly energetic fragments as their casing breaks up. Due to the complexity of casing fragment related behavior such as embedment, perforation and ricochet, it may be insufficient to use equivalent triangular pressure loading in fragment impact simulations. This simplified method may over- or under-predict the target response. Recently, a procedure using contact techniques has been proposed to overcome such difficulties. It has been shown that the new method has the inherent capability in modeling the multi-piece and multi-hit fragment impact problems in a more realistic way. To investigate the applicability of the proposed method to simulations involving multi-layer penetration, the selected problems of fragment impact on multi-layer targets are described in this paper. It is demonstrated that this method is capable of predicting the complicated multi-layer structural response caused by fragment impact and penetration, Modeling procedures and some technical issues are also discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents a simple solution of the dynamic buckling of stiffened plates under in-plane impact loading. Based on large deflection theory, a discretely stiffened plate model has been used. The tangential stresses of stiffeners and in-plane displacement are neglected. Appling the Hamilton's principle, the motion equations of stiffened plates are obtained. The deflection of the plate is taken as Fourier series, and using Galerkin method the discrete equations can be deduced, which can be solved easily by Runge-Kutta method. The dynamic buckling loads of the stiffened plates are obtained form Budiansky-Roth criterion.  相似文献

We studied the problem of bifurcation and chaos in a 4-side fixed rectangular thin plate in electromagnetic and mechanical fields. Based on the basic nonlinear electro-magneto-elastic motion equations for a rectangular thin plate and the expressions of electromagnetic forces, the vibration equations are derived for the mechanical loading in a steady transverse magnetic field. Using the Melnikov function method, the criteria are obtained for chaos motion to exist as demonstrated by the Smale horseshoe mapping. The vibration equations are solved numerically by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. Its bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponent diagram, displacement wave diagram, phase diagram and Poincare section diagram are obtained.  相似文献
