本文报道了一种用化学修饰电极测定水中铅离子的新方法.实验过程中,各种实验参数如电解质种类及酸度、修饰剂用量、富集电位和时间、扫描速度得到一定的优化.在pH=4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铅离子与8-羟基喹啉生成螯合物富集在电极表面,然后在-1.0V被还原成零价的铅,在向阳极电位扫描的过程中,还原的铅被氧化而从电极表面溶出,出现阳极溶出峰,根据溶出峰电流可测定痕量铅离子.实验测得铅的线性范围为1×10-8mol/L至5×10-5mol/L,检测限为1×10-11mol/L.在5×10-7mol/LPb(Ⅱ)试液中,连续测定3次的标准偏差为6.3%. 相似文献

提出了一种用丁二酮肟修饰玻碳电极,以差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定水中痕量铅离子的方法.在实验过程中,对各种实验参数如电解质种类及酸度、丁二酮肟用量、富集电位和时间、扫描速度等进行一定的优化.在pH=5.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铅离子与丁二酮肟生成螯合物富集在电极表面,然后在-0.8V被还原成零价的铅,在向阳极电位扫描的过程中,还原的铅被氧化而从电极表面溶出,于-0.60V形成阳极溶出峰,且峰电流与待测物浓度成正比,据此溶出峰电流可定量测定痕量铅离子.实验测得铅的线性范围为1×10-7 mol/L至5×10-5 mol/L,检测限为1×10-9 mol/L.在同一含量的体系中平行测定6次1×10-7 mol/L Pb2+的溶液,其标准偏差为2.9%.用丁二酮肟修饰玻碳电极测定水样中的铅离子,取得满意结果. 相似文献

利用循环伏安法制备银掺杂聚L-天冬氨酸化学修饰电极.用循环伏安法研究对氨基苯酚在该电极上的电化学行为,建立测定对氨基苯酚的新方法.在pH=5.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,对氨基苯酚在银掺杂聚L-天冬氨酸修饰电极上产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=203 mV,Epc=129 mV(相对Ag/AgCl电极).用循环伏安法(CV)进行测定,氧化峰峰电流与对氨基苯酚的浓度分别在8.00×10-7～1.00×10-4 mol/L和1.00×10-4～5.00×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性,检出限为1.0×10-7 mol/L.对5.0×10-5 mol/L对氨基苯酚溶液平行测30次,其相对标准偏差为6.9%,用于废水中对氨基苯酚的测定,结果满意. 相似文献

采用电化学沉积将铂纳米颗粒固定到碳纤维微电极上,制备了一种新型铂纳米颗粒修饰微电极.将铂纳米颗粒修饰微电极与毛细管电泳联用,对抗坏血酸进行了检测.探讨了铂的电沉积时间、电位,氯铂酸的浓度,缓冲溶液pH、浓度,检测电势和分离电压等对该电极的影响.实验结果表明,该电极对抗坏血酸的线性范围为1.0×10-6～8.0×10-6 mol/L和8.0×10-6～1.0×10-3 mol/L,相关系数分别为0.998 1和0.999 2,信噪比为3时,检出限为8.0×10-7 mol/L.利用该电极实现了果汁中抗坏血酸的定量检测. 相似文献

利用铋膜修饰电极对胞嘧啶的电化学行为进行了研究．结果表明,在0．1mol/L 的PBS 缓冲溶液（ pH6.64）中,胞嘧啶于-0．23 V电位处有一良好的氧化峰,峰电流与胞嘧啶在4．98×10-6～3．38×10-5 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5．6×10-7 mol/L．实验显示,铋膜修饰电极性质稳定,对胞嘧啶的测定具有良好的选择性． 相似文献

通过对以2,6一二甲酰基 4-甲基苯酚缩谷氨酸合二铜(Ⅱ)配合物Cu(Ⅱ)-DFMPG为中性载体的水杨酸根离子选择性电极的研究,发现该电极对水杨酸根(sal-)具有优良的电位响应性能和选择性,并呈现出反Hofmeister选择性行为.其选择性次序为sal->SCN>ClO4->I->NO2->NO3->Br->Cl->SO32-.在pH 5.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中,电极电位呈现近能斯特响应,线性响应范围为4.2×10-5-1.0×10-1mol/L,斜率为-53.2 mV/dec(25°C),检测下限为2.0×10-5 mol/L.将该电极用于阿司匹林含量测定,与经典分析法相比,结果令人满意. 相似文献

用循环伏安法制备L-半胱氨酸和银分层修饰电极,用阻抗谱对分层修饰电极进行表征.研究修饰电极上多巴胺的电化学行为,建立差分脉冲法测定痕量多巴胺的新方法.结果表明,在扫描速率为100 m V/s,p H3.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在L-半胱氨酸和银分层修饰电极上产生一对明显的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.452 V,Epc=0.404 V.用差分脉冲法测定时,峰电流与多巴胺浓度分别在2.50×10-7~7.50×10-6mol/L和7.50×10-6~1.00×10-4mol/L呈线性关系,检出限为7.5×10-8mol/L.用于香蕉中多巴胺的测定,结果满意. 相似文献

合成了2,3-丁二酮双缩苯甲酰肼合锌(Ⅱ)金属配合物,并以其为中性载体制备了阴离子选择性电极.该电极对水杨酸根(Sal-)具有优良的电位响应性能和选择性,并呈现反Hofmeister选择性行为,其选择性为:Sal-＞ ClO4-＞ SCN-＞I-＞NO3-＞ NO2-＞ Br-＞ F-＞Cl-＞ SO24-.在pH为4.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中,电极电位呈现近能斯特响应,线性响应范围为2.5×10-5 ～1.0×10-1 mol/L,斜率为- 54.5 mV/decade,检测下限为1.0×10-5mol/L.采用交流阻抗技术研究了电极的响应机理,结果表明载体本身的结构与电极的响应性能间有非常密切的关系.电极用于药品分析,其结果令人满意. 相似文献

用循环伏安法制备了铁氰化铜修饰玻碳电极,并研究了对乙酰氨基酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,在pH=6.86的磷酸缓冲溶液中,对乙酰氨基酚在铁氰化铜修饰电极上0.437V处出现一氧化峰,与裸玻碳电极相比氧化峰电位负移了81mV。对乙酰氨基酚浓度在4×10-5-1×10-3mol/L范围内,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈现很好的线性关系,其相关系数是0.9993,检出限为1×10-5mol/L。 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English. He argues for a view of the arts and gives an example of a sequence of work in an English GCSE class based around Arthur Miller's play View from the Bridge.
