为了对运营期斜拉桥安全性进行评估,提出了评估斜拉索安全性的方法.考虑Daniels效应和断丝概率提出斜拉索强度模型与基于斜拉索运营期安全系数的大跨度斜拉桥可靠度评估方法.作为模型的应用验证,分析了宁波招宝山斜拉桥最长边索,即第25号索在不同检测期的安全性,并调查了不同的参数对安全概率的影响.分析结果表明:斜拉索Daniels效应不可忽略;运营期斜拉索的退化可以通过线性增长的索内断丝率来模拟;考虑斜拉桥拉索退化过程的随机性评估运营期斜拉桥拉索安全水平的方法是有效的.  相似文献

基于极限学习机(ELM)构建的大坝变形预测模型易受连接权值、隐含层阈值及隐含层节点数影响,为获取更优的形变预测值,并改善模型预测可靠性,构建一种基于 EMD-PSO-ELM 算法,考虑时效、温度、水位等多因素的大坝变形预测模型。该模型首先从时频分析出发,利用经验模态分解(EMD)将变形时间序列分解成具有不同频率特征的分量|然后利用 PSO-ELM 模型解求形变预测值,重构获得大坝形变趋势。实验结果表明,融合时效、温度、水位等多因素的 EMD-PSO-ELM 大坝变形预测模型残差均方根误差为 1.83mm,平均绝对误差为 1.57mm,平均绝对百分比误差为 1.79%,比 ELM 模型与 EMD-ELM 模型相关误差值更小,在大坝变形预测方面性能更优。  相似文献

基于Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机平台,对6061铝合金进行等温热压缩实验,研究了该合金在变形温度为350~500℃和应变速率为0.01~10s-1条件下的高温流变行为并建立了6061铝合金的Arrhenius本构方程,应用于Deform软件进行热压缩实验模拟基于动态材料模型和Murty准则,建立了6061铝合金在不同应变下的加工图,结合显微组织进行验证。结果表明,该合金材料的流变应力随应变速率增加而增大,随变形温度降低而增大建立的本构方程能较好描述该合金的高温流变行为变形温度为460~500℃,应变速率为0.1~0.5s-1的区域是该合金最佳工艺参数范围。  相似文献

A double strut cable dome structural system was presented to improve the mechanical behaviour of a cable dome. This structure has good stability and is convenient to construct. To investigate its construction method and static performance, a structural model with a 6-m diameter was designed. From the nodal equilibrium equation, the calculation formulas for the prestress distribution with self-weight considered were deduced. Two types of construction methods, namely, assembling at high altitude and integral lifting, were adopted in the shape-forming process of the double strut cable dome, monitoring the internal force of the cable-strut components and the structural deformation. According to loading tests under full-span load and half-span load, the static behaviour of the structure was obtained and compared with the results from finite element analysis. Using the formulas deduced in this paper, the actual initial prestress considering self-weight for a double strut cable dome can be obtained accurately. This structure was suitable for tensioning the outer diagonal cables to apply prestress. Combined with the construction method for integral lifting, the difficulty and workload of the construction process can clearly be reduced, making the structure favourable for engineering application. Under an external load, the internal force of the ridge cables and inner diagonal cables decreases and the internal force of the other components increases. The results of the model tests were in good agreement with those of the finite element analysis.  相似文献

Mathematical models are been proposed to simulate the thermal and metallurgical behaviors of the strip occtLrring on the run-out table (ROT) in a hot strip mill. A variational method is utilized for the discretization of the governing transient conduction-convection equation, with heat transfer coefficients adaptively determined by the actual mill data. To consider the thermal effect of phase transformation during cooling, a constitutive equation for describing austenite decomposition kinetics of steel in air and water cooling zones is coupled with the heat transfer model. As the basic required inputs in the numerical simulations, thermal material properties are experimentally measured for three carbon steels and the least squares method is used to statistically derive regression models for the properties, including specific heat and thermal conductivity. The numerical simulation and experimental results show that the setup accuracy of the temperature prediction system of ROT is effectively improved.  相似文献

Active control experiments on a newly proposed herringbone ribbed cable dome are described in this study. The cables of the dome are designed to have the ability to change length in order to adjust the geometrical configuration and the force distribution of the structure. Thereby, the dome is adaptable to different load cases. To begin with, for achieving the control amount for the active control test, an active control algorithm based on a nonlinear force method is presented. Then, an assembly and pre-stressing procedure is implemented. Active adjustment tests on three possible types of adjustable cables are performed to provide a practical method for the following active control test. The active control test demonstrates the applicability of the active control algorithm to achieve both force control and shape control. The method can be used to prevent failure of the cable domes due to slackening of the ridge cables and excessive displacements of the central section of the cable dome. The experiments verify the proposed control algorithm and the feasibility of the cable dome to adapt to excessive full span load and maintain the integrity of the structure.  相似文献

A numerical investigation of thin-walled complex section steel columns with intermediate stiffeners was performed using finite element analysis. An accurate and reliable finite element model was developed and verified against test results. Verification indicates that the model could predict the ultimate strengths and failure modes of the tested columns with reasonable accuracy. Therefore, the developed model was used for the parametric study. In addition, the effect of geometric imperfection on column ultimate strength and the effect of boundary conditions on the elastic distortional buckling of complex section columns were investigated. An equation for the elastic distortional buckling load of fixed-ended columns having different column lengths was proposed. The elastic distortional buckling load obtained from the proposed equation was used in the direct strength method to calculate the column ultimate strength. Generally, it is shown that the proposed design equation conservatively predicted the ultimate strengths of complex section columns with different column lengths.  相似文献

Constant-step stress accelerated life test of Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) was conducted with increased cathode temperature. Statistical analysis was done by applying Weibull distribution for describing the life, and Least Square Method (LSM) for estimating Weibull parameters. Self-designed special software was used to predict the VFD life. Numerical results showed that the average life of VFD is over 30000 h, that the VFD life follows Weibull distribution, and that the life-stress relationship satisfies linear Arrhenius equation completely. Accurate calculation of the key parameter enabled rapid estimation of VFD life.  相似文献

In routine design of tensioned membrane st ructures, the membrane is gen erally modeled using space membrane elements and the cables by space cable eleme nts, with no sliding allowed between the membrane and the cables. On the other h and, large deflections are expected and sliding between the membrane and the cab les is inevitable. In the present paper, the general finite element code ABAQUS was employed to investigate the influence of cable sliding on membrane surface o n the structural behavior. Three analysis models were devised to fulfill this pu rpose: (1) The membrane element shares nodes with the cable element; (2) The cab le can slide on the membrane surface freely (without friction) and (3) The cable can slide on the membrane surface, but with friction between the cable and the membrane. The sliding problem is modeled using a surface-based contact algorithm . The results from three analysis models are compared, showing that cable slidin g has only little influence on the structure shape and on the stress distributio ns in the membrane. The main influence of cable sliding may be its effect on the dynamic behavior of tensioned membrane structures.  相似文献

目的 研究贮藏期内不同温度下菠菜上的微生物生长趋势.方法 将用保鲜膜封装好的菠菜分别置于3℃、15℃、25℃、35℃四个温度下贮藏,定期对菌落总数进行测定.首先,使用修正的Compertz方程建立不同温度下微生物生长的初级模型,其次,结合Belehradek方程讨论微生物的μmax(最大比生长速率)和λ(延滞时间)与温度的关系,并建立微生物生长的二级模型和货架期模型.结果 研究认为,修正的Compertz方程能够较好地拟合不同温度下菠菜微生物生长的一级模型,R2均大于0.90;微生物的Nmax随着温度的变化波动不大,平均值为(9.4704±1.1472)lg(CFU/g);μmax随着温度的上升而变大,λ随温度的增加而减小,二级模型为√μmax=0.0215×[T-(-26.5286)]、√1/λ=0.0226 × [T-(-34.0620)],R2分别为0.9967、0.9461.结论 建立了具有较高的拟合度的微生物生长的初级模型、二级模型,也确立了菠菜的微生物货架期模型.  相似文献

针对热舒适研究中皮肤温度测量精度不高的问题,提出了一种采用基于薄膜铂电阻(Pt1000)传感器的新型温度计测量皮肤温度的方法.该温度计把传感器焊接在印刷电路基板上,以消除引线导热产生的传热误差,并隔绝周围热环境的影响.为确定合适的基板厚度,建立了一种稳态传热模型.模拟结果表明,厚度为0.2mm的基板可有效隔绝空气影响,同时不会造成基板下皮肤显著温升.实验验证结果表明,测量皮肤温度时该温度计的最大测量误差为0.24℃,平均测量误差仅为0.04℃.因此,该方法是一种有效可靠的、适用于热舒适研究的皮肤温度测量方法.  相似文献

基于频率的结构损伤识别结果易受外界环境温度的影响,应用具有一定的局限性,为此,引入计量经济学中处理非平稳信息的协整概念来消除温度对识别结果的影响。将结构正常运营状态下采集的数据作为训练样本,计算得到协整余量,再根据统计方法选取协整余量的控制线。监测中若频率的协整余量超过该控制线,即认为结构发生损伤。采用上述方法对某实际悬索桥进行分析,结果表明,所提出方法能有效识别悬索桥主梁、主缆和吊索的损伤,具有较好的工程应用前景。  相似文献

本文应用灰色预测法对江苏省用电量进行预测。通过对2004———2009年江苏省用电量原始数据进行生成处理来寻找系统的规律,生成有较强规律性的数据序列,然后建立相应的微分方程模型,从而预测用电量的未来发展趋势,并通过残差修正模型使得模型的精确程度有所提高。  相似文献

在研究沥青材料热氧老化规律的基础上,为进一步模拟路面实际状态,在长期老化试验中引入了水的因素.采用加水的PAV(压力老化容器)试验模拟沥青在寿命期的老化过程,以2个SHRP性能指标车辙因子G*/sinδ和劲度模量S(t)分别表示沥青的高温和低温性能,并用90#泰国沥青、90#改性沥青和70#壳牌沥青进行试验.结果表明:在水、温度和氧的共同作用下,水对高温性能指标G*/sinδ产生显著影响,所以水老化使沥青的高温性能急剧衰退,而对低温性能的影响并不显著.加水的PAV试验综合考虑了水、温度和氧气等环境因素的作用,能够提高模拟试验的精确性,更好地模拟沥青路面使用寿命期的长期老化过程.  相似文献

我国人口老龄化趋势日渐明显,人口抚养比例大幅攀升。如果仅仅依靠现行的养老保障制度和传统的家庭养老模式,将很难应对即将到来的老龄化危机。本文针对新型的养老方式——“以房养老”,对“住房反抵押贷款”方案进行研究,并依据此方案对投保人的年龄、预期存活寿命及健康状况和投保时房屋的价值及其折旧增值情况综合分析,建立投保人和保险公司收益的初等数学模型,并用平均余寿对该模型作可行性检验。最后结合10年后的老龄化程度对此方案的前景和可行性进行了论证。  相似文献
