采用卡特尔16PF对138名中学生和165名成人进行人格测试,分析16种人格因素的年龄差异和性别差异现象.结果表明中学生与成人在聪慧性、稳定性、持强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、忧虑性、独立性、自律性、紧张性等因素上有极其显著的差异,乐群性因素差异显著,而在敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性等因素上没有差异.中学生在乐群性和怀疑性上存在性别差异,而成人在乐群性、独立性和紧张性上差异显著. 相似文献

通过采用卡特尔16PF人格测试量表对高职院校大一新生的人格特征进行调查研究,结果表明,高职院校大一新生在恃强性、兴奋性和敢为性上得高分的人数比例较大,在聪慧性、有恒性、怀疑性、忧虑性和独立性上得低分的人数比例较大;男生在稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性等6个因子,女生在乐群性、恃强性、兴奋性等6个因子的得分显著高于常模;就性别而言,男女生在乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性等13个因子的得分有显著差异。 相似文献

采用卡特尔16PF问卷对中师生的人格特征及其与学业成绩的相互关系进行研究。结果显示：1,中师生既表现出热情开朗,聪明富有学识,想象力丰富,社会判断能力不强等人格特点,又表现出焦虑抑郁,紧张困扰的一面。男女相比,女生更为热情开朗,信赖随和,天真坦率,而男生则更加紧张困扰,2中师生的学业总评成绩与兴奋性F存在显负相关,与有恒性G存在显正相关,而科成绩与有恒性G和纪想性性M有显正相关,理科成绩与乐群性A,聪慧性B,兴奋性F,内外向X2存在显负相关。 相似文献

本研究采用卡特尔16种个性因素问卷,对324名小学教师的人格特征进行了研究.结果表明(1)从总体而言,城市小学教师的人格特征状况良好.(2)女教师的乐群性、敏感性、幻想性、世故性、忧虑性、新环境成长诸因素显著高于男教师;男教师的好强性、兴奋性显著高于女教师,男教师比女教师更外向.(3)中年教师和老年教师的人格特征差异不大,青年教师和中、老年教师差异较大中、老年教师在稳定性、有恒性、控制性、感情与机警、专业成就、新环境成长等方面显著高于青年教师;而青年教师的兴奋性、敏感性、幻想性、怯懦与果敢得分显著高于中、老年教师.(4)不同学历的小学教师的人格特征存在一定的差异.主要表现在具有大专、本科学历的小学教师更富创造力,也更果敢,同时幻想性得分也高;而具有高中、中师学历的小学教师的有恒性显著高于具有大专、本科学历的小学教师;此外,具有本科学历的小学教师的敏感性得分最高. 相似文献

交互行为是衡量在线学习者学习质量的重要因素,大量研究表明,用户的人格特征对其网络行为有预测作用。需要以微博学生用户为样本,分析用户交互行为与人格特征的关系。研究结果表明:卡特尔16项人格特征中,幻想性与转发行为负相关,实验性、有恒性对评论行为有正向预测作用,聪慧性对评论行为有负向预测作用,@或私信行为与实验性正相关,与有恒性负相关。交互行为层级不临近的用户人格有显著差异,并反映在乐群性、世故性和创造力上;恃强性人格对高水平的信息交互有正向的预测作用,世故性人格对高水平的交互行为有正向预测作用。从整体来看,用户的关注行为与16项人格特征均无关,但深层次的交互行为与人格特征之间存在相关性。 相似文献

采用16PF测验和多元领导特质问卷为研究工具,探讨变革型领导者的典型人格特质.通过相关研究和回归分析发现:(1)变革型领导者与人格特质中的乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、自律性、实验性有显著的正相关,与怀疑性、紧张性呈显著的负相关;(2)在16PF测验的16种人格因子中,乐群性、有恒性、稳定性、实验性、自律性、敢为性6个因子进入到了变革型领导者的回归方程中,他们在变革型领导者的人格特质中共占有0.758的权重;(3)变革型领导者拥有典型的人格特质.通过对拥有这些人格特质的领导者的选拔与评定可以预测其以后对于变革型领导模式的应用. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius.
