[目的/意义] 针对国内产业整体面临转型升级发展的需求和图书馆为产业提供信息服务所面临的系列困难,通过研究已有创新型实践案例来为图书馆开展产业信息服务指明方向。[方法/过程] 通过文献调研、网络调研和实地走访,初步调研国内外目前已有的产业信息服务理论研究和实践探索现状,并详细介绍中国科学院文献情报中心近年来所取得的产业信息服务成果。通过综合分析所有的调研成果,在结合产业信息服务独有特点的情况下,思考图书馆开展产业信息服务的具体方向。[结果/结论] 从已有的创新性实践探索出发,为图书馆开展产业信息服务总结归纳出5个可取方向：以满足用户的具体需求为服务核心、以多元化的合作方式为服务策略、以管理模式的革新为服务保障、以服务方式的创新为服务动力、以产业平台的建设为服务途径。 相似文献

General practitioners play a central role in primary care. Clinical Governance and advances in Information and Communications Technology dominate the agenda for change. The aim of this literature review is to indicate publications that have made a significant contribution to understanding of the information wants, needs, behaviour and preferences of family physicians and to identify areas in which there is scope for further research. Concentrating on material published in the 1990s, this review looks at the information needs of family doctors and at their information seeking behaviour. Work on the needs of General Medical Practices and of Primary Care Groups is included. The review discusses studies of information gatekeepers and projects intended to augment access to information services. A few texts are recommended as essential reading. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 目前老年用户在使用健康信息的过程中得不到满足，且有关老年用户健康信息需求的研究尚有待加强。探索老年用户健康信息需求的内容和模型并寻求相关解决途径，可丰富老年用户健康信息需求的理论研究成果，并在实践中指导老龄化社会智慧养老以及在线医疗平台服务等议题。[方法/过程] 本研究依托在线健康社区，利用先定性后定量的混合型方法开展探索性研究，首先通过访谈老年用户获取了37个健康信息需求的自由节点，继而通过问卷调研并利用因子分析方法提取了使用操作、信息搜寻、隐私与安全、诊疗行为、交互与反馈、自我实现6大类健康信息需求的树节点并进一步归纳为物理、认知和情感3类主范畴。[结果/结论] 最终构建了老年用户健康信息需求模型，并结合马斯洛需求层次理论解释老年用户健康信息需求模型的内涵并提出相应的对策和建议。 相似文献

The authors of this study assess the attitudes and perceptions of academic librarians at three university libraries in China regarding library services for international students and scholars. The study directs particular focus on librarians at Shaanxi Normal University in Xi’an, Fudan University in Shanghai, and Wuhan University of Technology, China, and follows logically upon a study conducted in 2008 that explored the perceptions of international students at two Chinese universities regarding the effectiveness of library services and collections for their research needs. In particular, this study documents information about Chinese academic librarian perceptions regarding services for international students and attitudes toward future outcomes. The ultimate goal of the study is to lay a foundation for developing strategies for improving library services and resources for international students and scholars in Chinese academic libraries in particular, which in turn can serve to improve services for international students world-wide. The results support the assumption that academic librarians in China are strongly interested in improving services for international students and scholars while continuing to face challenges and trying to find ways to fulfill the information needs of international students and scholars. 相似文献

Undergraduates need relevant information while faculty and graduate students need the right information. These needs are quite different and imply special considerations in library services. Undergraduates are not well served in libraries that aim their services primarily to the needs of researchers. Libraries serving undergraduates should have an easily accessible basic collection of popular periodicals keyed to general indexes with reference help nearby. Undergraduates should also be offered library instruction when they are working on a library research project.
