Event-related potentials (ERPs) were recorded from 27 children (14 girls, 13 boys) who varied in their reading skill levels. Both behavior performance measures recorded during the ERP word classification task and the ERP responses themselves discriminated between children with above-average, average, and below-average reading skills. ERP amplitudes and peak latencies decreased as reading skills increased. Furthermore, hemisphere differences increased with higher reading skill levels. Sex differences were also related to ERP amplitude variations across the scalp. However, ERPs recorded from boys and girls did not differ as a function of differences in the children's reading levels. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine if event-related potential (ERP) data collected during three reading-related tasks (Letter Sound Matching, Nonword Rhyming, and Nonword Reading) could be used to predict short-term reading growth on a curriculum-based measure of word identification fluency over 19 weeks in a sample of 29 first-grade children. Results indicate that ERP responses to the Letter Sound Matching task were predictive of reading change and remained so after controlling for two previously validated behavioral predictors of reading, Rapid Letter Naming and Segmenting. ERP data for the other tasks were not correlated with reading change. The potential for cognitive neuroscience to enhance current methods of indexing responsiveness in a response-to-intervention (RTI) model is discussed. 相似文献

本文将已构建好的带有乳糖酶基因的杆状病毒(AcNPV p10 Z-9)作为载体,经口服感染人工饲养的银纹夜蛾(Argyrogra(?) agnata)幼虫,在昆虫体内高效表达乳糖酶蛋白,表达水平可占虫体可溶性蛋白的20％。将虫匀浆后,经高速离心、丙酮沉淀及冷冻干燥等方法,即可制备成粗酶。进一步经FPLC β-aminophenyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside亲和柱层析方法制备成精制酶,可作为试剂及药物应用.经测定纯化后的酶比活为150000u/mg蛋白。酶活力的最适pH值是6.0～8.0,最适温度为30～40℃。该酶水解对硝基苯-β-D-半乳糖(ONPG)的米氏常数(Km)值为7.14×10~(4)mol/L,乳糖可竞争性地抑制乳糖酶水解ONPG的能力,Ki值为1.30×10~(-3)mol/L。 相似文献

以含翻译起始密码子ATG的质粒pSⅪⅤⅥ Ⅹ3/4为转移载体,将多角体蛋白及切除部分5′和3′端的乙型肝炎核心抗原(HBcAg)基因同时插入粉纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(TnNPV)基因组中,构建了形成多角体的重组毒株。该毒株能利用合成—多角体ⅪⅤ串联启动子,表达由截短的HBcAg序列及其上下游多接头与杆状病毒DNA部分序列组成的融合蛋白基因。SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、Wcstern印迹与免疫电镜观察的结果表明,融合蛋白基因表达产物的分子量约20.5KD,与理论计算值相符,并保留了HBcAg的抗原性,亦能形成典型的HBcAg颗粒。组建含多克隆点及截去两端序列的HBcAg基因转移载体质粒,使编码多肽抗原的寡聚核苷酸易于克隆,以HBcAg融合蛋白方式在杆状病毒载体系统中表达,并能形成HBcAg为蛋白载体的抗原颗粒结构。 相似文献
