根据产量、主穗硕果数、株高、百果重、物候期长短、病虫害情况等因素,对10个蓖麻优良品种在济源市的表现进行比较分析,结果表明:10个品种按生育期均为中熟品种,适宜济源地区栽培,其中2号、8号、10号易发生虫害,3号和10号易倒伏;2号、3号、5号、6号、8号分枝能力较弱,没有二级或三级分枝,其他品种分枝能力较强;7号单株产量最大,其次是9号、2号、1号、5号;7号、9号均在济源有较好的发展前景,2号如能控制好虫害的影响也不失为一个好的发展品种. 相似文献

[目的/意义]学科交叉融合使得学科间知识交流日益频繁,从个体引文网络和整体引文网络入手,对我国人文社会科学领域跨学科知识流动进行量化分析,对“新文科”背景下该领域学科的守正与创新具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以2016-2020年23个学科450本期刊的论文引用关系为数据源,基于个体引文网络,从23个学科自身出发,根据学科互引关系确定模糊规则,利用Matlab进行模糊推理,确定学科知识固化程度;基于整体引文网络,运用“累积”的思想,计算学科知识累积流动率和累积影响力,根据知识流动情况划分学科类型。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,从个体引文网络视角分析,语言学、体育学、法学综合知识固化程度较高,统计学综合知识固化程度最低;从整体引文网络视角分析,将该领域23个学科根据知识流动划分为3种类型,经济学和管理学的累积影响力最大。研究发现“累积”思想对学科的评价效力优于直接引文分析,能够挖掘“隐藏”的学科知识流动潜在信息,为我国人文社科领域的学科建设和发展提供一定的启示。 相似文献

This article is a meditation on a professor's effort to fuse the personal and political in his teaching and, especially, to reframe the stakes away from the technical and toward the moral. As a teacher and educator, I consider two questions about my teaching that emerged from the mandate to reflect on teaching effectiveness during my promotion and tenure review process: Are my students more powerful in the world because of my teaching, and does my teaching alleviate suffering? I theorize what each question means for how I approach my classes to uncover larger questions about what it means to teach. In particular, I argue that any consideration of teaching reduced to a set of skills fails to attend to the sociocultural reality of students' lives, and thus reproduces suffering. 相似文献

The purpose of this article is to re-conceptualize the phenomenon of motivational climate in Physical Education and sport coaching as a concept that is not purely psychological in nature, but also highly dependent upon pedagogical and sociological theories. In doing so, an interdisciplinary perspective is promoted where the three aforementioned disciplines combine and intersect in order to enrich teachers’ and coaches’ understanding of motivational climate. The ultimate aim is to assist practitioners in fostering an effective and stimulating learning environment. The pre-existing TARGET acronym (task, authority, recognition, grouping, evaluation and time) is used to structure the paper. These TARGET structures are further developed with links to relevant pedagogical and sociological theory to enrich them. Further, a strong emphasis is placed on ‘relationships,’ which have not previously been featured in the TARGET literature. This article examines the promotion of lifelong learning (LLL) in Singapore through a new national initiative known as the SkillsFuture movement. It is argued that the attainment of LLL is confronted with three key challenges, the first being the sociocultural preference for academic rather than vocational education in Singapore. Secondly, there is an absence of a strong local culture that underscores the habits of mind needed for LLL. The final challenge is the dominant ideology of pragmatism that potentially conflicts with the goal of the SkillsFuture movement for individuals to enjoy learning and pursue their passion. The article further recommends a reconceptualisation of the notion of LLL in Singapore by supplementing the skills growth model with the individual development and social learning models. Little research examines the sociocultural aspects of consolidating two post-secondary educational institutions. In a previous study we collected baseline data and reported on the initial impact of consolidation of a research-oriented, health sciences university with a teaching-oriented, comprehensive university. In the study we report here we compared our baseline data with data collected two years after consolidation in order to explore the organization’s evolving culture and the effect of that evolution on faculty members, with a focus on faculty retention. A growing number of public colleges and universities in the United States have hired management consulting firms to help develop strategies aimed at increasing institutional effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to explore the frames and strategies of consultants in US public higher education reform efforts. Drawing upon a range of documentary evidence, the paper examines four consulting firms (Accenture, Bain & Company, Deloitte and McKinsey & Company) and their perspectives on higher education reform. The paper analyses the consultative process with two public universities and two state higher education systems to determine possible avenues by which consultants exert influence. Through reference to theory on academic capitalism and new institutionalism, the paper reveals the ways in which consultants circulate crisis narratives and diffuse private sector management ideas among public colleges and universities that are seeking both financial solvency and legitimacy. 相似文献
