商务谈判“3+2”教学模式探析

高校商科专业人才的商务谈判能力培养备受关注,但当前各高校商务谈判课程教学达成效果与企业实际需求存在较大差距。课程教学内容注重讲授,实操环节弱化甚至缺失,课内外教学不甚紧密,教学模式整体设计不甚合理等现象,是导致学生能力培养脱离社会需求的重要原因。如何加强该课程教学模式的创新尤显重要,鉴于此,构建基于课内外一体化"3+2"教学模式,进而实现提升教学效果,增强学生的谈判实战能力,以进一步契合社会需求。  相似文献

Polycrystalline ZnS<Subscript>x</Subscript>Se<Subscript>1−x</Subscript> thin films deposited on ITO glass by MBE

MBE growth of ZnS_xSe_1−x thin films on ITO coated glass substrates were carried out using ZnS and Se sources with the substrate temperature ranging from 270°C to 330°C. The XRD σ/2σ spectra resulted from these films indicated that the as-grown polycrystalline ZnS_xSe_1−x thin films had a preferred orientation along the (111) planes. The evaluated crystal sizes as deduced from the FWHM of the XRD layer peaks showed strong growth temperature dependence, with the optimized temperature being about 290 °C. Both AFM and TEM measurements of these thin films also indicated a similar growth temperature dependence. High quality ZnS_xSe_1−x thin film grown at the optimized temperature had the smoothest surface with lowest RMS value of 1.2 nm and TEM cross-sectional micrograph showing a well defined columnar structure. Sensor placement of long-term health monitoring for large bridges based on the real-time correction of finite element model

The process of optimized placement of long-term health monitoring sensors for large bridges generally begins with finite element models, but there will arise great discrepancies between theoretically-calculated results and actual measurements. Therefore, rectified finite element models need to be rectified by virtue of model rectifying technology. Firstly, the result of construction monitoring and finished state load test is used to real-time modification of finite element model. Subsequently, an accurate finite element model is established. Secondly, the optimizing the layout of sensor with following orthogonality guarantees orthogonal property and linear independence for the measured data. Lastly, the effectiveness and feasibility of method in the paper is tested by real-time modifying finite element model and optimizing the layout of sensor for Nujiang Bridge.  相似文献
