家族企业R&D投入决定机制研究——基于家族所有权和控制权视角

家族所有权和控制权是影响家族企业绩效的重要变量,但是否会影响家族企业R&D投入,现有的研究并没有定论。基于家族所有权和控制权视角,通过对全国私营企业抽样调查数据库中372份数据进行的处理结果显示,家族所有权及控制权和家族企业R&D投入之间呈现倒U型关系。这表明家族所有权和控制权对R&D投入存在正面和负面两种作用。而其负面作用可以通过增加董事会独立性来予以消除,这既符合非家族利益相关者的利益,也符合家族及企业的长远利益。  相似文献

农村妇女是农民的重要组成部分,是社会主义新农村建设中的一支主要力量。提高农村妇女思想道德素质对于社会主义新农村建设具有重大的意义,然而农村妇女的思想道德状况却不尽如人意,存在诸多问题,这些问题的存在既有传统文化和社会变迁的根源,也有基层政府工作者工作作风和现行农村教育体制等因素的影响。通过加强农村妇女的科学文化教育、充分利用大众传媒以及发挥农村优秀的区域文化和传统文化习俗的道德教育功能可以有效地推进农村妇女的思想道德教育。  相似文献   

Morphological Awareness and Chinese Children's Literacy Development: An Intervention Study

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between morphological awareness and Chinese children's literacy development. Of the 169 children from elementary schools in Beijing, China, who participated in the study, about half received enhanced instruction on the morphology of characters and words in the first and second grade. At the beginning of second grade and at the beginning of third grade, children were tested on morphological awareness, reading, and writing. The results showed that morphological instruction substantially improved children's performance on the morphological awareness and literacy measures. The best-fitting structural equation models suggested a unidirectional causal relation in early second grade and a reciprocal relation in early third grade between morphological awareness and children's literacy development.  相似文献

Networked H∞ filtering for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems under multi-output multi-rate sampling

This paper studies networked H_∞ filtering for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with multi-output multi-sensor asynchronous sampling. Different output variables in a dynamic system are sampled by multiple sensors with different sampling rates. To estimate the signals of such a system, a continuous multi-rate sampled-data fusion method is proposed to design a novel networked filter. By considering a class of decentralized event-triggered transmission schemes, multi-channel network-induced delays, and the updating modes of the MOMR sampled-data, a networked jumping fuzzy filter is proposed to estimate system signals based on the transmitted multi-rate sampled-data of fuzzy system and the multi-rate sampled states of filter, and the jumping among filter modes is governed by a Markov process which depends on the arrival times of sampled output sub-vectors. To deal with asynchronous membership functions, the networked fuzzy filtering system is modeled as an uncertain fuzzy stochastic system with membership function deviation bounds. Based on stability and H_∞ performance analysis, several membership-function-dependent conditions are presented to co-design the event-triggered transmission schemes and the fuzzy filter such that the filtering error system is robustly mean-square exponentially stable with a prescribed H_∞ attenuation level. Finally, the improvement in estimation performance and comparison with the existing filtering methods are discussed through simulation examples.  相似文献
