导致布雷顿森林体系崩溃有两个关键的原因:一是特里芬难题的体现;另一个是金本位的覆灭。为解决上述问题,文章提出了双货币发行机制的设想,即发行两套信用货币,一套主要以流量货币的形式存在,承担计量和流通结算的货币职能;另外一套以存量货币的形式存在,该货币不再进入市场流通,它承担货币的储藏职能。  相似文献

MoFLP1, encoding a novel fungal fasciclin-like protein, is involved in conidiation and pathogenicity in Magnaporthe oryzae

Fasciclin family proteins have been identified as cell adhesion molecules in various organisms. In this study, a novel Magnaporthe oryzae fasciclin-like protein encoding gene, named MoFLP1, was isolated from a subtractive suppressive cDNA library and functionally analyzed. Sequence analysis showed that the MoFLP1 gene contains an open reading frame (ORF) of 1050 nucleotides encoding 349 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 35.85 kDa and a pI of 7.76. The deduced MoFLP1 protein contains a 17-amino acid secretion signal sequence and an 18-amino acid sequence with the characteristics of a glycosylphosphotidylinositol (GPI) anchor additional signal at its N- and C-terminuses, respectively. Potential N-glycosylation sites and domains involving cell adhesion were also identified in MoFLP1. Sequence analysis and subcellular localization by the expression of MoFLP1-GFP fusion construct in M. oryzae indicated that the MoFLP1 protein is probably localized on the vacuole membrane. Two MoFLP1 null mutants generated by targeted gene disruption exhibited marked reduction of conidiation, conidial adhesion, appressorium turgor, and pathogenicity. Our results indicate that fasciclin proteins play important roles in fungal development and pathogenicity in M. oryzae. Objective: In this paper we compared the two methods of cell sorting (magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting) for the isolation and function analysis of mouse CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T (Treg) cells, in order to inform further studies in Treg cell function. Methods: We separately used magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting to identify CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells. After magnetic cell separation, we further used flow cytometry to analyze the purity of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, trypan blue staining to detect cell viability, and propidium iodide (PI) staining to assess the cell viability. We detected the immune inhibition of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells in the in vitro proliferation experiments. Results: The results showed that compared to flow cytometry sorting, magnetic cell sorting took more time and effort, but fewer live cells were obtained than with flow cytometry sorting. The CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, however, obtained with both methods have similar immunosuppressive capacities. Conclusion: The result suggests that both methods can be used in isolating CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, and one can select the best method according to specific needs and availability of the methodologies.  相似文献

一种传感器网络目标定位的建模方法

本文提出一种传感器网络目标定位系统的系统模型,然后利用PtolemyⅡ建模仿真平台完成该传感器网络目标定位系统的系统级行为描述,并根据系统级建模方法学对该目标定位系统进行建模与仿真,分析了传感器网络目标定位系统的诸多影响因素.测试结果表明:传感器网络目标定位系统对于传感器节点的功耗及信息时间同步窗口具有敏感性,符合传感器网络目标定位系统应用特性,验证了Ptolemy嵌入式系统级设计方法学对于指导传感器网络系统设计的正确性和可行性.  相似文献
