The traditional focus of intergovernmental services research has been on technological development, not on user acceptance; yet user acceptance of intergovernmental services in each electronic government (e-Government) implementation affects the ultimate success of the e-Government project. In the e-Government implementation context, many governments have invested huge amounts of money and manpower to make intergovernmental services both available and user-accepted, although some individuals have no intention of using them. The electronic document management system (EDMS) is the most popular intergovernmental service in the e-Government project. Thus, e-Government researchers need to identify the factors that determine user acceptance of EDMS.  相似文献

Exploring the behavioral patterns of an online knowledge-sharing discussion activity among teachers with problem-solving strategy

The sharing of teaching-related knowledge may help teachers solve a variety of problems that they face, and the appropriate use of online knowledge-sharing activities is expected to assist teachers' knowledge-sharing. This study proposed an online knowledge-sharing discussion activity, integrated with a problem-solving strategy for teachers. Empirical observations are noted. The participants were 495 teachers, and quantitative content analysis, sequential analysis, and qualitative original protocol analysis were used to explore the content and patterns of teachers' discussion behavior. The study identified influences on and limitations of knowledge-sharing in the activity, from which suggestions were generated to be proposed to teacher educators.  相似文献

基于绩效评估复杂的指标体系,提出了一个高校物资采购绩效评估的模糊综合评价模型,探索了高校物资采购绩效评估工作中存在的相关问题.实例计算表明,该模型能将定性评估和定量评估有机地结合起来,较好地解决了原来高校物资采购绩效评估工作中两者相互脱节的问题,使得高校物资采购绩效评估更完善,更科学,更透明.  相似文献   

核物理电化学刻蚀分析中智能化高压电源的研制

提出了一种用于电化学刻蚀(ECE)分析的可编程高压电源实现方案.利用MAX038作为波形发生器,采用P89LPC936 MCU进行控制.电源的输出频率可达2 kHz,电压峰一峰值可达8 000 V.由于系统采用了MCU控制,提高了电源的输出频率和电压的精度,增强了电源的可靠性,并具有工作数据的记录功能.  相似文献

免费政策实施后儿童辍学现状的调查研究——以西北三省区为例

采用问卷和访谈等方法,选择西北地区3省9个县的部分校长、教师、学生和家长,就西部地区农村学校免费政策实施后儿童辍学的问题进行研究.结果表明,免费政策实施以来,儿童的辍学率略有下降,但是变化不明显,还有个别县出现了辍学率反弹的现象.儿童辍学在性别上不存在明显差异,但是在民族上差别显著,义务教育阶段儿童辍学的高峰期分别在四年级、七年级和九年级.  相似文献
