难题与破解:新疆少数民族传统体育发展中的文化困境和对策

以新时代党和国家领导人关于民族工作的重要论述以及《新疆的文化保护与发展》《新疆的若干历史问题》白皮书为指导，研究认为，对中华母体体育文化的认识有待提高、文化属性的缺位相对明显、不良宗教文化的附着存在较大可能以及游牧文化的离散成为常态，是新疆少数民族传统体育发展过程中面临的特殊性文化困境。上述文化困境产生的主要原因在于：在新疆少数民族传统体育发展中，存在着机械性"华夷之辩"观念的浸入、对文化属性认知的不足、文化差异的过度强调、现代化进程中的文化迷失等四方面问题。破解新疆少数民族传统体育发展中的文化困境，需要从转变思想观念，给予新疆少数民族传统体育准确定位；加强多方引导，深化对新疆少数民族传统体育文化属性的认识；树立明确观念，客观认识新疆少数民族传统体育中的文化差异；推进体育文旅，促进新疆少数民族传统体育文化和产业的融合发展等四方面展开。  相似文献

Social assessment of workplace technology—some experiences with the German program “ Humanization of work”

Many of the problems and issues involved in the social assessment of workplace technologies can be exemplarily studied in the development of the West-German program on the humanization of work, which has been running for over ten years and after a period of reorientation now seems to be settled for another decade or more.This paper provides an outline of the development of the program, especially of its instruments, and provides some examples from its practice. Some lessons are drawn from the program's experience for three problem areas: The use of technology assessment in support of government policy making; the actual development of workplace technology; and the attitude of labor unions toward new technologies. The transferability of the program's set-up to other countries is considered briefly.  相似文献

Language Crossing, New Ethnicities and School

This article is based on sociolinguistic research on multilingual adolescent friendship groups in England. It first describes some of the ways in which youngsters made use of one another's languages. It then discusses the relationship between this ‘language crossing’ and racism, suggesting that these processes of linguistic exchange point to the emergence of what Hall calls ‘new ethnicities’, grounded in an acceptance of multiracial difference. The last part of the article briefly points to some of the connections between this new interethnic sensibility and school.  相似文献   

Group status and attitude change in desegregated classrooms

One thousand thirty-three ninth-grade students from Western and Middle-Eastern ethnic background in 30 classrooms responded to a questionnaire assessing ethnic attitudes. The questionnaire was administered at the beginning and again at the end of these students' first year in ethnically desegregated classrooms. No marked changes in ethnic attitudes were noted as a function of the students' individual academic or social status in the classroom, but there were noteworthy changes associated with the relative status in the classroom occupied by the students' ethnic groups. Positive attitude change among Western (majority) students occurred when both ethnic groups in the classroom were of equal status, and when the MiddleEastern (minority) group was of superior academic status to the Western group. Positive change among the Middle-Eastern group occurred when it occupied superior status in the classroom.  相似文献
