In order to contribute some aspects regarding the optimization of multimedia learning environments, we have developed a chemistry lecture that is called CHEMnet and provide it for free via the internet. As an introduction to general and inorganic chemistry, CHEMnet is directed to first year university students as well as to high school students. We plan to attain some information on the use and efficiency of multimedia teaching and learning software with CHEMnet. The structure and features of CHEMnet and numbers and characteristics of its use are represented in this article.  相似文献

绩效评估的研究已有七八十年的历史 ,近十多年来 ,该领域的研究再度成为热点 ,开始出现理论整合的趋势。表现为 :( 1 )在研究方法和研究内容上的分歧已不太明显 ,出现了在现场调查中研究评估过程的新的研究方向 ;( 2 )深入探讨各种影响绩效评估的因素 ,并提出了各种绩效评估的因果模型 ;( 3)重新审视绩效的内涵 ,对绩效本身的结构进行探讨 ;( 4 )对绩效的影响因素进行整合 ,区分出决定因素和前件因素。但这一领域的研究还存在着以下问题 :以可直接观察的行为定义绩效 ,对于有些工作来说并不适合 ;当关系绩效影响个体的报酬及升迁时 ,它将不再是一种关系绩效行为 ;对组织系统及技术环境的作用仍然重视不够 ;在对个人绩效的影响因素上 ,研究还不够深入  相似文献

Intergenerational practice: contributing to a conceptual framework

The ageing of the European population is creating a new demographic mix, increasing the relevance of intergenerational practice (IGP). To date, however, this field lacks an appropriate conceptual framework. This study aims to contribute to such a framework through an integrative review of peer-reviewed papers reporting on IGPs. Fifteen papers were obtained, published over the last 20 years. The main findings suggest that the wealth of IGPs lies in their versatility/diversity. In order to build an appropriate conceptual framework for IGP, it is recommended that IGP be understood as a tool to restructure society: from generations’ segregation to generations’ cooperation.  相似文献

Multiple determinants of caregiver behavior in child care centers

In this study of the multiple determinants of professional caregiving, 237 caregivers (age range: 18–56 years) from 64 Dutch child care centers were extensively observed during their interactions with the children (0–4 years) in their usual care group. The choice of potential determinants of the caregiving quality was guided by Belsky's [Belsky, J. (1984). The determinants of parenting: A process model. Child Development, 55, 83–96] model of the determinants of parenting. Consistent with Belsky's model, quality of caregiving was found to be multiply determined by characteristics of the caregiver, the children and the caregiving context. More specifically, lower-quality care was provided by younger caregivers, to younger children, and by caregivers reporting higher physical occupational workloads. The differences between the participating child care centers proved to explain more variance in the quality of professional caregiving than the differences between the individual caregivers.  相似文献   

Quality perinatal nursing education through coteaching

Collaboration in teaching can take different forms, including the model of coteaching. This educational strategy requires time, effort, commitment, and collaboration between partners in order to ensure an enhanced teaching and learning experience. Little has been written recently on the theory of coteaching. The literature does not address the subject of coteaching or team teaching from a combined theoretical and clinical perspective. Two professors in nursing sciences present their experience in coteaching over a 4-year period, covering a theoretical course and a clinical practicum at the basic baccalaureate level, as well as the supervision of clinical preceptors for this same practicum. They describe the conceptual, personal, and environmental conditions that enabled them to use this particular form of teaching at this point in their careers. They discuss how the concept works as well as the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of professors, students, and preceptors. Recommendations are made for implementing such a strategy while minimizing the risks for the program, the teachers, the students, and the educational milieux. Their discussion may provide insight for programs that prepare childbirth educators.  相似文献
