Legal aspects of the Internet can be examined from two points of view: the solution of technical problems concerning the security of information, nets and resources; and the solution of global problems of the Internet as a part of media in a democratic society. The second aspect is the topic of this paper. How do we secure the basic democratic values on the Internet as a free and non-ideological communication site? Using the examples of some legislative initiatives concerning the Internet, the following problems are analysed: protection of the right of property, of the right of safety and of the right to freedom of speech. It is concluded that the Internet guarantees the rights and freedom of democratic societies. An analysis of state attempts to control the Internet and of problems linked to ethics among free users is provided. 相似文献

Digital technologies are increasingly used by children and adults in their everyday lives and these practices have attracted researchers’ and practitioners’ attention. However, everyday digital literacy practices are difficult to examine. They require appropriate research methods and visual methods have potential here. Although some visual methods are actively used in the field of Literacy Studies, participant-generated digital photography and photo-elicitation remain under-employed in the research of digital literacy practices. Drawing on a qualitative study, this article argues that these methods allow in-depth insights into digital literacy practices to be gained. They offer comprehensive understanding of practices by illuminating what is involved in practices, how practices happen and why people engage in them in particular ways. However, the use of these methods is also associated with a number of challenges. The article concludes with the discussion of the implications for researchers and teacher-researchers who wish to use visual methods to examine digital literacy practices in different contexts. 相似文献

In the context of active development of further education services many universities become interested in engaging students into further education programs. From this perspective, it is extremely important to determine relevant social factors majorly impacting the students’ representation about further education and its role in building and shaping up the motivation to continue education. This study focuses on the analysis of social representation in the processes of motivation of students to acquire further vocational education in course of university studies. This study is based on the results of survey among 452 Russian students. In this work attitude of Russian students to further education was investigated by means of six scales: (1) information awareness of further education programs; (2) social representation about further education (in general, regarding the contents, conditions, cost); (3) representation about required program characteristics and expectations; (4) wish to receive further education in present and in future, as well as bars thereto. In students’ perception four main representations about further education were found. Study results prove that social representations have little effect on students’ intention to receive further vocational education in course of university studies, but the effect is significant in a long-term perspective. 相似文献

The purpose of this research is to study the coherent speech features of over-fives with the general speech underdevelopment (GSUD) in the context of communication with their equals and adults in the kindergarten. Discussion is the leading research method. Speech coherence and independence levels are taken as the main parameters of the experimental analysis. This research involved 30 children at the age over five (5 years 3 months to 5 years 7 months). This research has shown that the goal of developing coherent speech in a kindergarten is set and achieved mainly through reading the fiction, but not in detail when it comes to fairy tales. Research results can be used by speech therapists, teachers and parents developing the coherent dialogical and monological speech in over-fives with the GSUD, as well as for drawing up specialised education programmes for children with the GSUD. 相似文献
