江西省少儿游泳业余培训的现状调查兼游泳后备人才培养的对策研究

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法对江西省少儿游泳业余培训的现状进行了研究,结果显示:少儿训练和文化学习存在矛盾;经验选材导致天赋运动员的缺失;少儿游泳训练参与者的动机不同导致训练效果不同;教练员整体队伍水平有待提高;客观条件制约导致项目的开展有局限性.为了促进江西省少儿游泳苗子的培养需要完善少儿文化学习和训练相结合的体制;建立科学的选材系统,加强少儿游泳的训练科学化程度;改进训练条件和环境.  相似文献   

Making Sense of the Online Forum Posts of Two Books on Zheng He’s Voyages

This paper studies the online forum posts at the websites of Amazon and Goodreads of two books on Zheng He’s voyages. The findings are threefold: First, most of the online forum participants play their due roles and satisfy the six conditions of Dahlberg’s model of an ideal online public sphere. Second, the emerged themes match the six conditions of Dahlberg’s model. The readers’ reviews at the two Western social media websites are mostly positive and rational. 4周高强度间歇性训练对青少年竞走运动员运动能力的影响

目的:观察4周高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)对青少年竞走运动员肺活量、肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素(BU)、血红蛋白(HB)和运动成绩的影响.方法:14名男性竞走运动员平均分为两组,A组周一、周二、周四和周五下午采取HIIT,在功率自行车上进行120w全力蹬骑,运动时间为30s,控制心率在90%~100%最大心率(HRmax),组间休息3min,共进行8组.B组周一、周二、周四和周五下午均采取70%~80%HRmax的竞走耐力训练.A、B两组其他时间训练内容完全相同,主要为技战术训练和力量训练等.结果:经过4周高强度间歇性训练,A组运动员的肺活量、10km竞走成绩均显著高于B组,A组的BU水平显著低于B组,HB和CK两组之间无显著性差异.结论:4周高强度间歇性训练可有效提高竞走运动员心肺功能,降低BU,提高青少年竞走运动员的运动成绩.  相似文献   

Precision measurement of the Newtonian gravitational constant

The Newtonian gravitational constant G, which is one of the most important fundamental physical constants in nature, plays a significant role in the fields of theoretical physics, geophysics, astrophysics and astronomy. Although G was the first physical constant to be introduced in the history of science, it is considered to be one of the most difficult to measure accurately so far. Over the past two decades, eleven precision measurements of the gravitational constant have been performed, and the latest recommended value for G published by the Committee on Data for Science and Technology (CODATA) is (6.674 08 ± 0.000 31) × 10⁻¹¹ m³ kg⁻¹ s⁻² with a relative uncertainty of 47 parts per million. This uncertainty is the smallest compared with previous CODATA recommended values of G; however, it remains a relatively large uncertainty among other fundamental physical constants. In this paper we briefly review the history of the G measurement, and introduce eleven values of G adopted in CODATA 2014 after 2000 and our latest two values published in 2018 using two independent methods.  相似文献

[目的/意义]安全问题是当前国家、政府、企业、社会、大众及学界广泛关注的一个重要现实问题，而安全情报是保障安全的必用之宝，故安全情报研究具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。[方法/过程]运用文献分析法和思辨法，从安全科学学理角度出发，论证基于安全科学视角解读与界定安全情报概念的必要性、重要性与紧迫性，探讨安全情报概念的由来与演进趋势，并分析安全情报的涵义。[结果/结论]从安全科学学理角度看，从安全信息到安全情报的安全管理新认识是提出安全情报概念的根本动力，安全情报概念的总体演进趋势是从分散到统一。同时，从系统安全学角度看，安全情报是指所有影响系统安全行为的安全信息。  相似文献

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, an estimated 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, representing 31% of all global deaths. Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure (CNAP) is essential for the management of cardiovascular diseases. However, it is difficult to achieve long-term CNAP monitoring with the daily use of current devices due to irritation of the skin as well as the lack of motion artifacts suppression. Here, we report a high-performance skin-like optoelectronic system integrated with ultra-thin flexible circuits to monitor CNAP. We introduce a theoretical model via the virtual work principle for predicting the precise blood pressure and suppressing motion artifacts, and propose optical difference in the frequency domain for stable optical measurements in terms of skin-like devices. We compare the results with the blood pressure acquired by invasive (intra-arterial) blood pressure monitoring for >1500 min in total on 44 subjects in an intensive care unit. The maximum absolute errors of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were ±7/±10 mm Hg, respectively, in immobilized, and ±10/±14 mm Hg, respectively, in walking scenarios. These strategies provide advanced blood pressure monitoring techniques, which would directly address an unmet clinical need or daily use for a highly vulnerable population.  相似文献
