This paper first examines the advantages of using inductive pedagogic methods to teach management to engineers, over the hypothetico-deductive model so typical of French further education generally. Then we shall attempt to describe the necessary conditions in which a student may be led to discover the complexity of a concrete management system; and this in two ways. First of all, by examining the nature of the system of interactions between students, managerial structures and the teacher and then by attempting to analyze how the mechanisms of skill transference work and what their limits are.  相似文献

The extent to which therapeutic intervention of hearing loss may yield better communication and social interaction was investigated in a pilot study during seven months after treatment in twelve hearing impaired subjects with Down syndrome with a mean age of 50.6 years. Although according to spontaneous observations of staff subtle positive reactions to treatment occurred in five subjects, no significant improvement could be measured by means of objective methods. The influence of personal factors like degree of retardation and language development, severity and duration of hearing impairment, age, period of habituation and training, and environmental factors, is to be studied further.  相似文献

Modularisation has frequently been advocated as a means to reform and modernise vocational education and training, to make it more flexible and responsive to economic, technological and social change, to take more account of individual differences and needs, and to improve its coherence and efficiency as a system. In this article developments in modularising vocational education and training in two countries-Scotland and The Netherlands-are compared. The analysis is restricted to modular initiatives within initial vocational education and training at a non-advanced level (that is at craft/technician level). Features and developments of the modular system in both countries seem to be closely related to strategies chosen to deal with the need to offer customised vocational (that is specific) training for various client groups, which at the same time does not limit opportunities for progression and transfer-the coherence of the system. In confronting the modular systems and strategies with these somewhat contradictory needs this comparative analysis draws on two perspectives: a sociological and a psychological, educationallearning theory. From these perspectives it might be argued that collaboration and/or certain characteristicsof modular vocational training offer a way out of the quandary of 'specificity' versus 'coherence'.  相似文献

体育价值观与体育本质、功能、目的之间关系密切,是以体育应然作为问题研究主线。目前我国体育价值观理论研究缺乏系统性梳理,故此本研究通过文献资料法,对体育价值观的内涵层次、领域体系、特征分析三大方面进行综述。研究认为:(1)国内体育价值观内涵探讨主要从主体和主客体两个层面进行展开;(2)国内体育价值观的领域体系研究在宏观层面表现为“工具与手段”的理性探讨,在微观层面表现为体育价值观的多元与复合及多维与统合;(3)体育价值观特征具有主观选择性和目的导向性、稳定性和冲突性、社会历史性、中西方体育价值观特征的个性和共性及逻辑系统性。(4)国内体育价值的多维观与国外体育传播视角下的体育价值功能论,具有相辅相成及文化背景的差异性关系。  相似文献
