Fault-tolerant control is a fundamental branch in the modern control theory, and has wide applications such as aerospace, automotive technology and nuclear engineering. Particularly, the study of faulty Boolean control networks (BCNs) is meaningful to the disease treatment. This paper focuses on both stuck-at fault and bridging fault in BCNs, and investigates the identification and stabilization of BCNs subject to these two faults. The basic mathematical tool is semi-tensor product (STP) of matrices, which is used to determine the algebraic formulation of faulty BCNs. Through the construction of invariant sets corresponding to the faulty nodes, the relations between these two faults and state transition matrices are presented, which is helpful to identify the faulty nodes. In addition, the robust stabilization of BCNs subject to these two faults is discussed and several new criteria are derived. Finally, the obtained results are applied to analyze the stabilization of oxidative stress response pathways.  相似文献

In this paper, we aim to study model-based event-triggered control for a class of uncertain switched discrete-time systems composed of stabilizable and unstabilizable subsystems. A nominal model is introduced at the controller side to form a dynamic controller so that it can provide a kind of approximate estimate of the system state for system input even the overall switched discrete-time system is running in open-loop during any two consecutive event-triggered instants. By using multi-Lyapunov function method and the average dwell time switching strategy, stability conditions given in linear matrix inequality form for the closed-loop switched discrete-time system are derived. The design of control gains is also given. Finally, a numerical example and a physical example are provided to verify the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed method.  相似文献

With the advancement of science and technology, the number of academic papers published each year has increased almost exponentially. While a large number of research papers highlight the prosperity of science and technology, they also give rise to some problems. As we know, academic papers are the most intuitive embodiment of the research results of scholars, which can reflect the level of researchers. It is also the standard for evaluation and decision-making of them, such as promotion and allocation of funds. Therefore, how to measure the quality of an academic paper is very critical. The most common standard for measuring the quality of academic papers is the number of citation counts of them, as this indicator is widely used in the evaluation of scientific publications. It also serves as the basis for many other indicators (such as the h-index). Therefore, it is very important to be able to accurately predict the citation counts of academic papers. To improve the effective of citation counts prediction, we try to solve the citation counts prediction problem from the perspective of information cascade prediction and take advantage of deep learning techniques. Thus, we propose an end-to-end deep learning framework (DeepCCP), consisting of graph structure representation and recurrent neural network modules. DeepCCP directly uses the citation network formed in the early stage of the paper as the input, and outputs the citation counts of the corresponding paper after a period of time. It only exploits the structure and temporal information of the citation network, and does not require other additional information. According to experiments on two real academic citation datasets, DeepCCP is shown superior to the state-of-the-art methods in terms of the accuracy of citation count prediction.  相似文献

The way retracted papers have been mentioned in post-retraction citations reflects the perception of the citing authors. The characteristics of post-retraction citations are therefore worth studying to provide insights into the prevention of the citation chain of retracted papers. In this study, full-text analysis is used to compare the distinctions of citation location and citation sentiment—attitudes and dispositions toward the cited work—between the conditions of correctly mentioning the retracted status (called CM) and not mentioning the retracted status (called NM). Statistical test is carried out to explore the effect of CM on post-retraction citations in the field of psychology. It is shown that the citation sentiment of CM is equally distributed as negative, neutral, and positive, while for NM, it is mainly distributed as the latter two. CM papers tend to cite retracted papers in Methodology, whereas NM papers cite more in Theoretical Background and Conclusion. The perception efficiency of retractions in psychology is low, where the average unaware duration (UD, the period between when the retraction note has been published and when the first citation directly pointed out its retracted status) lasts for 2.88 years. Also, UD is negatively correlated with the quantity of CM and the growth rate of NM, the proportionate change of NM before and after the first CM paper appears (P <0.01). After being aware of retractions, the average rate of change (ARC, the total change divided by its taken time) of NM declines significantly (Z=-2.823, P <0.01) whereas CM sees a raise in most disciplines, which contributes to the reduction of possible interdisciplinary impact.  相似文献

目的:基于小世界分析方法,探测小球类专项学生运动员大脑的结构网络及功能网络的可塑性变化。方法:收集小球类专项学生运动员和与之匹配的普通被试作为对照组,采集静息态,3DT1及DTI磁共振数据。首先根据DTI纤维追踪结果构建结构网络,根据功能连接构建功能网络。进一步计算不同稀疏度下的结构及功能网络的网络属性。结果:通过计算其网络属性发现,小球类专项学生运动员与普通被试的结构及功能网络都具有小世界特性。小球类专项学生运动员组的结构网络及功能网络的聚类系数和局部效率比对照组高,在部分稀疏度下存在明显差异。其中,结构和功能网络的全局聚类系数显著相关。结论:小球类专项学生运动员大脑的结构网络及功能网络的聚类系数和局部效率比普通被试高,且结构和功能网络的全局聚类系数显著协变,说明小球类专项学生运动员的脑连接比普通被试多,脑区之间通信更加迅速有效,信息容错能力更强,且小球类专项学生运动员的脑结构、功能网络具有一致的可塑性变化。  相似文献

Identification of young talented individuals based on bibliometric data is not an easy task. Citation-based data usually need too long to accrue. In this study, we propose a method for the identification of potential young talented individuals which is not citation-based. Since potential talent is defined in this study in terms of early publication performance, three different indicators and their combinations were used: We not only used (1) the number of papers in high-impact journals, but also (2) the total number of papers, and (3) the number of papers as a corresponding author. An older cohort including potential talents with their first publication between 1999 and 2003 was used to find the most suitable indicator combination. Two additional indicators were used for the validation step: (1) The citation impact on the level of individual papers and (2) the number of papers that are linked to grants. The best performing indicator combination was applied to the time period 2007–2011 for identifying young potentially talented individuals who published their first paper within this time period. We produced a set of 46,200 potentially talented individuals that can be downloaded free of charge.  相似文献
