柔韧素质作为主要运动素质之一,它不仅有助于提高学生运动能力,同时也是一个人终生体育运动不可缺少的运动素质,其深远的教育作用与意义有待于进行更广泛的深入研究。然而,不良柔韧素质导致的生理性疾病,可以直接影响一个人的生理健康状况。从体育教学角度进行有高中学生参与评价的柔韧素质教学与教研,体现学生主体意识与运动态度等研究,目前尚未有可供参考的资料。为此,我们在高一年级学生中进行了有针对性的调查与课题研究。希望能引起广大教师与相关研究人员的关注,以有助于我们的体育教学思考。  相似文献

柔性道路的强度与寿命研究为道路领域近几十年来的热点问题,应力分析是进行研究的基础。采用计算机模拟技术,以数值分析方法为途径,利用三维有限元方法和Table Curve工具,借用轴对称弹性半无限空间问题的命题,以简化道路模型为研究对象,得到了柔性路面应力场的显式表达式;经Boussinesq公式验证所建立的公式可用于柔性道路的受力分析和寿命研究。  相似文献

Distributed certification via threshold cryptography is much more secure than other ways to protect certification authority (CA)'s private key, and can tolerate some intrusions. As the original system such as ITTC, etc., is unsafe, inefficient and impracitcal in actual network environment, this paper brings up a new distributed certification scheme, which although it generates key shares concentratively, it updates key shares distributedly, and so, avoids single-point failure like ITTC. It not only enhances robustness with Feldman verification and SSL protocol, but can also change the threshold (t, k) flexibly and robustly, and so, is much more practical. In this work, the authors implement the prototype system of the new scheme and test and analyze its performance. The general rise in contractors, particularly among knowledge workers negotiating ‘boundaryless’ employment conditions, has generated interest in the nature and forms of contract work. This article explores the learning of contract workers as they negotiate these conditions, with a focus on women. Drawing from a qualitative study of women practicing nursing and education in Canada as self-employed contractors, the discussion focuses on the practices that they learn in order to manage their work activities and identities. In these practices, tensions abound – particularly around the recognition of knowledge in ways that establish the contractor’s identity, position within the organisation, and market value. For women, it is argued from the study findings, boundaryless contract work incurs particular gendered demands that embed contradictions that the contractor must learn to negotiate. This article describes five practices that women contractors learn within these contradictions: (1) being noticed while avoiding notice, (2) nailing down contracts without nailing the contractor, (3) performing a woman in control while hiding the chaos, (4) shape-shifting while ‘branding’ one shape, and (5) proving knowledge in a market of impressions. The article concludes with implications for education that might assist women contract workers.

Abstract

Lefebvre’s triadic conception of spatial practice, representations of space and representational spaces provides the theoretical framework of this article, which recognises a productive relationship between space and social relations. Its writing stems from a current and ongoing qualitative study of innovative teaching and learning practices in new technology-rich flexible learning spaces, characterised by large open spaces, permeable boundaries and diverse furnishings emphasising student comfort, health and flexibility. Schooling in the twenty-first century, certainly in the developed world, is required to ensure that children and school-leavers have appropriate life-long skills in preparation for participation in the twenty-first century knowledge economy. This world is characterised as complex and dynamic, deeply influenced by globalisation and the revolution in digital technology. Developing these skills calls into question ‘outmoded’ transmission models of teaching and requires teachers and school leaders to approach their work in radically new ways. Open school design encourages flexibility in learning and teaching, and allows collaborative, team teaching, with designers claiming significant educational benefits. This arrangement of multiple classes using innovatively designed, technology-enriched common space, facilitated by multiple teachers, working in collaborative teams, is far-reaching in its likely implications for community expectations and responses, relationship-building, assessment, student learning, teachers’ work and initial teacher education.  相似文献

It is advantageous to use the substructural and/or decentralized techniques in structural control to save on computations and time. In this paper, a generalized substructural approach is presented in the control of fuzzy nonlinear flexible structures with discrete sensors/actuators. The substructural control scheme is developed using the static condensation technique together with the LQG control method. The subcontrollers and subobservers designed at substructure levels are used to assemble the global controller and observer for the whole structure. Nonlinear effects are included in the structural formulations and a fuzzy methodology is adopted for handling the imprecision present in the structure modeling. The nonlinear and fuzzy schemes are applied to one structural control problem to illustrate the accuracy and capability of the substructural control technique.  相似文献
