The purpose of this study is to explore learner engagement and motivation related toFlow particularly in WBI settings. In theFlow state people are absorbed in their activities while irrelevant thoughts and perceptions are screened out. In this article, we attempted to identify some of the critical elements of learner feelings and WBI features which relate to the experience ofFlow. Survey data were collected from 266 Korean cyber-university students and the data were subject to factor analyses and multiple regression to determine the best predictors ofFlow in WBI environments. As a result, six factors, including G-factor for flow, were found. Based on these findings, a theoretical model for Learner Flow within WBI was proposed  相似文献

肺康饮含药血清诱导肺癌细胞凋亡的实验研究

目的:探讨肺康饮含药血清对人肺癌细胞(NC-H446)的作用。方法:采用血清药理学方法,以细胞增殖抑制率及凋亡率为观察指标,对实验结果进行分析。结果:肺康饮含药血清培养24h、48h,均对NC-H446细胞株增殖具有抑制作用,且对NC-H446细胞株增殖的抑制作用具有一定的量效及时效关系,实验组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各实验组含药血清均可诱导NC-H446细胞株发生凋亡,且该作用具有一定的量效及时效关系,实验组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肺康饮含药血清可明显抑制NC-H446细胞株的增殖,抑制作用具有一定的量效及时效关系。肺康饮含药血清也可诱导NC-H446细胞株发生凋亡,作用具有一定的量效及时效关系。  相似文献   

The elusive experience of ‘flow’: Qualitative and quantitative indicators

In this investigation mixed methods were used to examine flow within the context of a writing task. Forty-four secondary students aged between 15 and 18 years completed a computer-based writing task requiring them to examine information and then write on one of two topical issues. We examined the level of agreement between end-of-task ratings based on two approaches to measuring flow, the four-channel model ratio of challenge and skill, and a classification based on ratings of absorption, timelessness and effort. Flow groups that emerged were significantly associated but not entirely consistent. A range of additional data sources concerning students’ on-task experiences illustrated different patterns of task engagement. The variability between indicators suggests that flow cannot be reliably identified through any narrow set of measures. Just as the flow experience is complex so a range of indicators is needed to identify when and how students experience flow in their learning.  相似文献

In this study, we examined the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) by immunohistochemical staining in 76 tissue sections collected from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients undergoing hepatectomy. Microvascular density (MVD) was determined by counting endothelial cells immunostained using anti-CD34 antibody. We performed DNA-flow cytometric analyses to elucidate the impact of iNOS and VEGF expression on the cell cycle of HCC. Most of the HCC cells that invaded stroma were markedly immunostained by iNOS antibody. The iNOS stain intensity of the liver tissue close to the tumor edge was stronger than that of HCC tissue, and the strongest was the hepatocytes closer to the tumor tissue. However, iNOS expression in 10 normal hepatic samples was undetectable. VEGF positive expression ratio was 84.8% in iNOS positive expression cases, and the ratio was 35.3% in negative cases. There was significant correlation (P=0.000) between iNOS and VEGF expression. Moreover, iNOS expression was significantly associated with bcl-2 and MVD, but without p53 expression. DNA-flow cytometric analyses showed that combined expression of iNOS and VEGF had significant impact on the cell cycle in HCC. PI (Proliferating Index) and SPF (S-phase fraction) in the combined positive expression of iNOS and VEGF group was significantly higher than that in the combined negative group. The present findings suggested that iNOS expression was significantly associated with angiogenesis, bcl-2 and cell proliferation of HCC.
