The mass of the embedded systems are driven by second batteries, not by wired power supply. So saving energy is one of the main design goals for embedded system. In this paper we present a new technique for modelling and solving the dynamic power management （DPM） problem for embedded systems with complex behavioural characteristics. First we model a power-managed embedded computing system as a controllable Flow Chart. Then we use the Poisson process for optimisation, and give the power management algorithm by the help of Dynamic Voltage Scaling （DVS） technology. At last we built the experimental model using the PXA 255 Processors. The experimental results showed that the proposed technique can achieve more than 12% power saving compared to other existing DPM techniques.  相似文献   

癌基因C-erbB-2的表达与周围型肺癌生物学行为和CT征象的关系

目的：探讨癌基因C-erbB-2在周围型肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法：采用免疫组化和流式细胞术、聚合酶链反应三种方法检测基因表达是否一致及与生物学行为、CT征象的关系。结果：癌基因C-erbB-2蛋白表达与患者的年龄、性别、TNM分期无关，在肺腺癌中的表达明显高于鳞癌（P（0．05），肺癌的分化程度低、有肺门或纵隔淋巴结转移C-erbB-2蛋白表达明显增高（P〈O．05）。C-erbB-2蛋白表达与深分叶征、棘突征有关；而与肿瘤的大小、短细毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征无关。三种方法检测C-erbB-2蛋白及mRNA表达水平一致．结论：癌基因C-erbB-2在肺癌发生、发展、CT征象中起重要作用，检测这种基因并结合CT征象可作为临床诊断及评估预后的有效指标。  相似文献   

新城疫病毒感染对小鼠肉瘤S180细胞p53蛋白的表达及细胞周期的影响

目的:研究新城疫病毒(NDV)感染对小鼠肉瘤S180细胞p53蛋白的表达及细胞周期的影响。方法:通过NDV体外感染小鼠肉瘤S180细胞,经倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化,噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测小鼠肉瘤S180细胞的增殖状况;经流式细胞仪分析检测NDV体内感染后荷瘤鼠腹水中S180细胞分裂周期各时相的变化、细胞凋亡情况及细胞表面p53蛋白的表达情况。结果:NDV体内、外感染对小鼠肉瘤S180细胞的杀伤作用明显,NDV体内感染后荷瘤鼠腹水中S180细胞高表达p53蛋白,细胞凋亡率增加,G2/S期细胞减少,增殖指数(PI)降低,与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:NDV感染可增强小鼠肉瘤S180细胞p53蛋白的表达,影响其细胞周期,诱导其凋亡且有较强的杀瘤作用。  相似文献

This article challenges the 'ghettoisation' of play in Early Years contexts and argues for a reassertion of its underlying importance for learning throughout the primary school and beyond. It argues for a rethinking of play in terms of 'flow' and the implications for teachers' understanding of their role when they intervene and participate 'inside the flow' of children's play. It illustrates and addresses these issues, which are crucial if 'lifelong learning' is to be anything other than a rhetorical gesture, through the experiences of teachers, trainees and children and challenges the 'mindblindness' of many current attitudes towards teaching and learning.  相似文献

Conceptualizing and Measuring the Optimal Experience of the eLearning Environment*

Online learning (eLearning) has become a global phenomenon as many organizations and educational institutions worldwide have entered the field in an attempt to enhance the students' experience of learning. While numerous studies have focused on the effectiveness and benefits of eLearning, few have focused on understanding and measuring the user experience and relating this to the actual student usage of the eLearning system. This study addresses this gap by conceptualizing and measuring the eLearners' experience from two integrated perspectives: (1) the learners' affective perceptions using the flow model and (2) the learners' technology acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model. The integrated perspective proposes that the users' acceptance and the affective responses toward a particular system are two important factors in determining the users' intentional and actual behaviors, which in turn, influence user participation and engagement with the system. The data was collected in 2004 directly from 964 students using a Web‐based eLearning system called CECIL ( http://www.cecil.edu ) at the University of Auckland. The conclusions drawn from the results of the study using a structural equation model support the use of the integrated model for investigating eLearner behavior. Viscosities of uranium solutions in H2O and 3 mol/L HNO3 medium were measured by Ubbelhode flow viscometer in the concentration range of 0.5%-3.0% from 10 oC to 30 ℃ at 5 ℃ interval. Viscosity data were interpreted in terms of an empirical equation; η =aoexp(boM coM2). Values of coefficients ao, bo and co were calculated for all the three systems studied.
