在主观幸福感(SWB)的研究中,相关分析,回归或多元回归分析经常被用于数据的统计分析.考虑到SWB数据中通常包含着许多的变量,过于简单的分析处理方法将导致数据中信息的流失.本文将主成分分析(PCA)和聚类分析(CA)方法应用到SWB数据分析上,力求对SWB的原始数据有更加详细的了解和认识,并为今后类似问题的数据分析提供一个新的途经. 相似文献

本文主要采用主分量分析方法和二次判别分析(QDA)有监督分类的方法来对基因芯片(微阵列)数据进行分析.PCA是一种提取海量的数据有效特征的有效方法.可以获得与原来基因芯片数据更为接近的成分的提取特征的效果.实验表明采用PCA方法事先对数据处理不可以提高基因芯片数据分析的准确性.得出结论可为工业应用提供科学依据. 相似文献

为了更有效地对工程项目的健康状态做出全面准确的评估,将全寿命期下工程项目所有监测指标按质量指标、费用指标、时间指标、各方面满意度和可持续发展指标等加以划分.并且基于该指标体系定性与定量指标相结合的特征,构建了PCA—PR分析模型.该模型先对全寿命期指标体系进行主成分分析(PCA),从之前构建的全寿命期指标中甄选出一批可以作为工程项目健康检测分析的主要特征指标体系;再针对这些主要特征指标体系进行模式识别分析(PR),即通过将工程项目即时可能状态划分为绿灯至红灯5种状态,利用模式识别模型和项目主要特征指标识别出项目任意时点的健康状态.最后结合实例进行相关分析,得出与实际情况较为吻合的分析结果,验证了该指标体系和模型的有效性. 相似文献

This paper proposes novel multi-layer neural networks based on Independent Component Analysis for feature extraction of fault
modes. By the use of ICA, invariable features embedded in multi-channel vibration measurements under different operating conditions
(rotating speed and/or load) can be captured together. Thus, stable MLP classifiers insensitive to the variation of operation
conditions are constructed. The successful results achieved by selected experiments indicate great potential of ICA in health
condition monitoring of rotating machines.

Attribute reduction is necessary in decision making system. Selecting right attribute reduction method is more important. This paper studies the reduction effects of principal components analysis (PCA) and system reconstruction analysis , SRA) on coronary heart disease data. The data set contains 1723 records, and 71 attributes in each record. PCA and SRA are used to reduce attributes number (less than 71 ) in the data set. And then decision tree algorithms. C4.5, classification and regression tree ( CART), and chi-square automatic interaction detector ( CHAID ), are adopted to analyze the raw data and attribute reduced data. The parameters of decision tree algorithms, including internal node number, maximum tree depth, leaves number, and correction rate are analyzed. The result indicates that. PCA and SRA data can complete attribute reduction work. and the decision-making rate on the reduced data is quicker than that on the raw data: the reduction effect of PCA is better than that of SRA. while the attribute assertion of SRA is better than that of PCA. PCA and SRA methods exhibit good performance in selecting and reducing attributes. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to understand the hidden connection between Circular Economy (CE) and Industry 4.0 in the context of supply chain. The factors responsible for linking CE and Industry 4.0 are studied from two angles viz. from the enablers’ side and barriers’ side. In the paper, twenty-six significant enabling and fifteen challenging factors are identified which are further factorized using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). DEMATEL approach is applied on the factors constructed from PCA. Here, the DEMATEL is applied for three different sets of data termed as Optimistic, Pessimistic and Most Likely. The paper identified Artificial Intelligence, Service and Policy Framework, and Circular Economy are significant enablers connecting CE and Industry 4.0. Similarly, paper reports Interface Designing and Automated Synergy Model as the most significant challenges to link CE and Industry 4.0 in a supply chain. 相似文献

本文提出了一种基于主成分分析(PCA, principal components analysis)及支持向量机(SVM, support vector machines)的信息隐藏盲检测方法。该方法根据信息隐藏时对载体图像引入噪声的特点,通过分析图像块的主成分,计算出图像的特征向量。通过对原始样本图像和藏密样本图像特征向量的学习和训练,得到SVM检测模型,可用于信息隐藏的盲检测。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地检测出目前常用的信息隐藏方法。 相似文献

主成成份分析(PCA)方法是人脸识别技术中常用的一种一维特征抽取方法。但是传统PCA方法用于人脸识别常常面临图像维数高,直接计算数量大的问题。为了解决这两个问题,人们对PCA进行了改进,提出并实现了多种基于PCA的人脸识别。通过对三种基于PCA的人脸识别方法作了理论上的研究和实验上的性能比较。实验结果表明PCA 2DPCA是其中综合效果最好的一种方法。 相似文献
