Using survey and interview data from the Teacher Status Project, this paper explores early years teachers' sense of status and compares it with primary and secondary teachers' perceived status. If, as Hoyle has suggested, working with children is an intractable barrier to enhanced status in the eyes of the public, early years teachers are faced with the greatest challenge. At the same time, their closer links with parents and community affords them more opportunity to enhance the esteem in which they are held through the way that they do their work. The data seem to support this view, but it is argued that whilst curriculum guidance, and the recognition of the Foundation Stage have enhanced these teachers' sense of status in the public eye, the effects of the ten‐year strategy could undermine this progress unless an emphasis is placed on the teaching, pedagogical element of their specialist expertise.  相似文献

国内教师学科教学知识（PCK）研究：现状审视与未来展望——基于2005-2019年CNKI文献计量分析

国内关于教师学科教学知识(PCK)的研究自2005年起便倍受关注,经历了萌芽、飞速发展和滞缓瓶颈三个阶段。通过对教师PCK相关研究文献进行计量可视化分析发现,研究主题聚焦于PCK理论分析框架的内涵阐释和对各学科教师PCK的迁移与专业化发展的推动,研究群体的学科、学段、教学职业阶段分布较为广泛多样等,但其中也存在本土化引介进程中与教师教学实践脱节、学科分布和研究地区分布不均衡、研究方法较为单一、评价体系不够完善等问题。关注教师PCK与教学实践的交互作用、发挥优势地区、研究机构和学科的引领与支援作用以及强化PCK信息技术时代体系更新与完善是新时期PCK研究深化与拓展的关键所在。  相似文献

在解决高校贫困生问题的过程中，党和政府、学校、社会、贫困生的家庭等已经作出诸多努力，初步形成了高校贫困生的社会支持网络。社会支持网络在解决贫困生的经济和情感问题方面发挥着重要的作用，但还存在支持力度不足、忽视负功能、网络之间缺乏联系等问题。为了科学有效地解决贫困生的问题，充分发挥社会网络的支持作用。必须构建新的主体多元化、内容系统化、机构专门化、方法专业化的高校贫困的社会支持网络，在构建新网络的过程中，要坚持继承和发展的态度，采取维持、强化、放弃、改革、创新等科学的方法和手段。  相似文献   

Toronto multiagency child abuse research project: The abused and the abuser

Information from 422 cases of child mistreatment in Toronto was gathered from the files of a child welfare agency and a children's hospital. These data were compared to patterns reported in previous studies and clinical writings on child mistreatment to investigate similarities and differences in families whose children have been abused in Canada, England, and the United States. Findings from the present study were similar to others in many respects. The differences were primarily in the area of lower incidences of such problems as perinatal difficulties in the children and intellectual limitations and social isolation in the parents; however, there was a higher incidence of single-parent families. The results suggest that clinicians should bear in mind that child mistreatment cannot be ruled out on the grounds that no serious problems have been noted for the child or the family.  相似文献

《左传》一书所反映春秋时期礼制的基本情况。主要有以下几方面1.吉礼。吉礼为祭祀典礼，包括一年四季的例祭郊、雩、蒸、尝及禳解自然灾异的祭。2.凶礼。凶礼为丧葬制度，有会葬、助丧、殉葬等。3.军礼。军礼为军旅征战之事，有训练军队，行军作战时的祭祀与占卜，战后的赏罚情况等。4.宾礼。宾礼是春秋时期朝聘、会盟的外交礼仪和制度。5.嘉礼。嘉礼乃婚嫁之俗，包括纳彩、问名、纳征、纳吉、请期、亲迎及媵婚等。另外，文中还简单介绍了春秋时期其它一些相关的政治制度，如宗法官制、城廓规模、告朔等。文章最后简单论述了周礼对春秋时期社会生活的影响及礼制观念的变化。  相似文献
