Using learning sets to support UK delivery of off-shore learning in Africa

This account of practice focuses on the delivery of Action Learning Sets in Swaziland and Malawi as part of a UK university's remote Master's degree teaching programme. It draws upon the experience of an Academic delivering the programme and the efforts made to refine the approach to action learning given time, understanding and resource challenges. 科研经费长期稳定支持与高校科技原始创新——基于中央高校基本科研业务费的准实验考察

高校是国家实施创新驱动发展战略重要阵地,持续稳定的科研投入尤其是经费投入是提升原始创新能力、实现科技自强的重要保障。中央高校基本科研业务费(简称“基本科研业务费”)是高校获得持续稳定科研经费支持的最主要途径。本文基于对75所教育部直属高校的数据研究发现,基本科研业务费可提升青年教师基本科研能力,其投入与科技创新成果产出呈现显著正相关,但在孕育从“0”到“1”重大原始创新成果方面尚需加强。通过进一步与英国、德国和日本稳定性科研经费资助模式的比较,发现我国高校科研经费资助体系中存在着稳定性经费投入不足、占比过低和过程管理较粗、运行机制效率不高等问题。据此提出了旨在推动我国高校科技事业高质量发展的相关政策建议。  相似文献
