武则天"扼婴"成为这位杰出女皇一生最残忍的罪恶,使她不仅不能成为伟大女性,而且连普通母亲都不配。在历史上,她成为一个最残忍的母亲,为了政治向上爬,甚至亲手扼杀自己的亲生幼女,连起码的人性都可以不要。从1300多年来的史籍中,这似乎已经成为铁定事实。其实,历史记载有许多不可解释的疑问和矛盾,实际上这只不过是封建文人对这位女皇的强加之罪,原因就在于她是我国历史上唯一的伟大的超凡女皇,这是封建社会男子中心社会所不允许的。通过对多种史料的考证,事件过程的对比,用确切的史实证明,考疑这实在是历史上一件天大冤案:女皇武则天不是一位残忍至极失去母性的人。 相似文献

Abusive head trauma (AHT) is still too common, and probably underestimated. It is the leading cause of death from child abuse. Crying is thought to contribute to the act of shaking. Objectives of this study were to (a) assess parents’ knowledge about infant crying, their ability to manage crying, and their knowledge about AHT; and (b) assess the feasibility and the impact of a simple educational intervention about crying and AHT with parents shortly after their child's birth. A short questionnaire was completed orally by the parents of 190 consecutive newborns in a maternity hospital at day 2 of life. Then, during the routine examination of the child, the pediatrician gave parents a short talk about infant crying and AHT, and a pamphlet. Finally, parents were contacted by phone at 6 weeks for the post-intervention questionnaire assessing their knowledge about crying and AHT. Among 202 consecutive births, parents of 190 children were included (266 parents; 70% mothers) over a 1-month period and answered the pre-intervention questionnaire. The intervention was feasible and easy to provide. Twenty-seven percent of mothers and 36% of fathers had never heard of AHT. At 6 weeks, 183 parents (68% of the sample; 80% mothers) answered the post-intervention questionnaire. Parents’ knowledge improved significantly post-intervention. Parents found the intervention acceptable and useful. Health care professionals such as pediatricians or nurses could easily provide this brief talk to all parents during systematic newborn examination. 相似文献

运用问卷调查、心理测量和数理统计等方法,对15名2013—2014赛季山西汾酒CBA篮球宝贝进行16PF和SCL—90的测试。结果表明：篮球宝贝在因素A（乐群性）、F（兴奋性）、H（敢为性）三个人格因子上均高于全国女性常模,并且拥有良好的个性特征和心理素质。篮球宝贝整体心理健康水平较高,其中人际关系敏感维度与全国常模比较,低于全国常模水平,而躯体化和焦虑两个维度略高于全国常模。 相似文献

Recent studies have demonstrated the presence of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in cord blood of male as well as female babies. The placental progesterone and estradiol up-regulate the synthesis and secretion of PSA in Placenta. This PSA is presumed to play a role in intrauterine growth of fetus by virtue of its proteolytic action on several substrates including insulin-like-growth-factor-binding-protein-3, insulin chains and Interleukin-2. This study was planned with the objective of correlating the levels of PSA in cord blood to gestation at delivery, the type of delivery and gender of the fetus. Fifty-seven cord blood samples were collected from the umbilical cord during delivery or mid-trimester abortion and analyzed for PSA using ‘Active PSA DSL-9700 ultra sensitive’ kit employing two-site immuno-radiometric assay principle and having a detection limit of 0.001 ng/ml. Mean PSA levels in cord blood were found to be 0.112 ± 0.027 ng/ml. The concentration of PSA in cord blood was found to be higher in case of higher gestational age, male baby and operative delivery. 50 % of cord bloods for female babies had PSA below detection limit (range <0.001–0.460 ng/ml), while all the male samples had detectable PSA (range 0.11–0.973 ng/ml). Higher Progesterone levels found in prenatal maternal blood in case of male babies may be responsible for the higher cord blood PSA. Mean cord blood PSA was 0.150 ± 0.150 ng/ml in forceps delivery and 0.078 ± 0.012 ng/ml in normal vaginal delivery. Forceps delivery causes much more stress and strain as compared to a normal vaginal delivery, resulting in increased levels of adrenal glucocorticoids, and therefore, higher cord blood PSA. 相似文献

The number of hospitals globally that offer water birth has increased exponentially during the past 10 years. This article examines some of the reasons for this increase as well as the objections to water birth by The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, raised in their 2014 and 2016 opinion statements. The amount of research has also increased as more hospitals are keeping track of their data and publishing both prospective studies and retrospective analyses. The effects of water birth on the neonate are discussed through three meta-analyses from 2015, 2016, and 2018. The challenges and recommendations on continuing the use of water during labor and birth as a nonpharmacologic comfort measure even during a global pandemic are highlighted and supported by the best available evidence. 相似文献

本文通过对3600例孕妇进行3898次胎心监护并在产后追踪观察,发现NST反应型,96％的新生儿1分Apgar评分≥8分,而CST阳性者,51％新生儿出现1分低Apgar评分．无论NST还是CST,评分越低,胎儿在宫内存在不利因素及新生儿出现低Apgar评分发生率愈高,四种常见的异常CTG图型为产程处理提供依据．可见通过监护可及早发现胎儿缺氧,从而积极采取相应措施,降低胎儿宫内窘迫和新生儿窒息的发生率,对指导临床工作、提高产科质量有重要意义． 相似文献
