近十年政府购买学前教育服务研究回顾与展望

政府购买学前教育服务作为实现公益普惠性学前教育发展目标的重要举措,成为当前研究的热点问题。运用信息可视化软件CiteSpace对我国2010—2021年间发表的170篇政府购买学前教育服务的相关文献进行分析可知,当前政府购买学前教育服务的研究热点聚焦在购买动因、购买对象、购买方式、购买内容、购买成效、购买问题及对策研究等几个方面,其研究大致经历了初步探索、转型适应和深化拓展三个阶段。鉴于此,提出该领域的未来展望:完善制度设计,理论联系实践;构建教育监测体系,注重过程质量监管;重视农村学前教育建设,统筹城乡均衡发展。  相似文献

This article draws attention to the possibilities of the ongoing philosophical discussion about cosmopolitan universal values in relation to the normative challenges in environmental and sustainability education (ESE). The purpose of this paper is to clarify the philosophical problems of addressing universally sustainable responsibilities and values in ESE. Our arguments draw inspiration from the work of three poststructuralist scholars: we explore how Butler develops her claim that universal assertion requires a cultural translation, how Mouffe exposes the political in universal claim and how Todd argues that education needs to introduce students to a political language that enables them to critically reflect on their own and other groups’ values and actions. In the concluding part, we suggest the following guidelines for rethinking ESE: unmasking the political dimension, re-politicising education, seeing beyond the relativist and objectivist divide and using passion as a moving force.  相似文献

纵观当今世界主要国家或地区刑法通常规定特别没收制度,只有少数国家或地区刑法规定了一般没收制度,我国就属后一类之列.究其本质,虽与一国法律文化传统相关,但刑法发展至今日,仍在刑法中保留一般没收财产刑,既与当代社会价值、刑罚理念、刑罚目的相悖,也存在着适用上难以克服之弊端.因而,应对我国的没收制度予以完善,从最终的发展方向看应予废除,并建立相关替代和补充制度,以与当今国际刑罚发展趋势相协同.  相似文献

Images of life in America: The impact of American T.V. in Israel

The present study sets out to uncover young Israelis' perceptions of the American reality using the postulates and methodology of the cultivation analysis approach to mass communication. The comparison of the perceptions of “light” and “heavy” T.V. viewers with measures of the actual reality reveals that heavy viewers demonstrate a strong and consistent tendency to paint a rosier picture of life in the U.S., in terms of wealth and standard of living, even when other factors (age, gender, residence and ethnic group) are held constant. The findings of this study have methodological implications concerning the study of media effects as well as theoretical implications regarding the ongoing debate on “media imperialism.”  相似文献
