Structures and electronic properties of domain walls in BiFeO3 thin films

Domain walls (DWs) in ferroelectrics are atomically sharp and can be created, erased, and reconfigured within the same physical volume of ferroelectric matrix by external electric fields. They possess a myriad of novel properties and functionalities that are absent in the bulk of the domains, and thus could become an essential element in next-generation nanodevices based on ferroelectrics. The knowledge about the structure and properties of ferroelectric DWs not only advances the fundamental understanding of ferroelectrics, but also provides guidance for the design of ferroelectric-based devices. In this article, we provide a review of structures and properties of DWs in one of the most widely studied ferroelectric systems, BiFeO₃ thin films. We correlate their conductivity and photovoltaic properties to the atomic-scale structure and dynamic behaviors of DWs.  相似文献

近年来,针对复合专业人才的培养目标,一些地质高校开辟了地质-地球物理复合专业.由于学时少,内容多,如何有效地开展测井教学是一个值得研究的课题.该课题以地质-地球物理复合专业培养目标和专业需求为准则,合理安排教学内容和设置教学计划,开展教学方法和教学技术的探索.研究了比较、类比、导入与归纳等教学方法和“黑板演绎＋多媒体＋仪器与图件＋实例探究”的“多合一”教学技术.通过课上发问、课后作业、期末考试来检查教学效果,最终形成一套面向复合专业学生的知识面宽、联系有机、特色鲜明、富有张力的课程教学方法,实现课程的教学互动与教学相长.  相似文献

福州奥林匹克中心体育馆墙面采用单层菱形交叉钢网格结构,与水平地面约成 60°,其北端高约39m、悬挑约20m,施工难度大。文章详细介绍该钢网格墙体的安装方案及其支撑拆除过程。通过钢网格墙安装与卸载后的变形监测,表明结构的变形在规范允许范围之内,说明该施工方法的可靠性和合理性。  相似文献
