目的:了解边远地区高中学生恋爱与性心理的现状,提出有针对性的教育对策。方法:采用自编调查问卷,对587名保山市高中学生的异性交往基本情况、恋爱态度、有关贞操的认识以及对婚前性行为的态度等方面进行了调查。结果:62.5%的高中生渴望与异性交往;57.8%的高中生恋爱动机单一,仅为弥补内心空虚,寻找精神寄托;79.9%的被调查者认为高中生谈恋爱对学习有影响;仅有30.5%的学生知道手淫并不是一种不道德的行为;77.3%的高中生对婚前性行为持反对态度;仅有6.8%和4.1%的学生通过"问父母以求答案"或"找老师寻求帮助"的途径解决成长困惑。结论:恋爱与性心理已成为高中生人生成长中的一个主题,应有针对性地积极开展恋爱与性健康教育。 相似文献

Information technology (IT)—computers and related technologies—is the latest technology to enter the household. Like other technologies, gender is a major factor in its adoption and use as well as its perceived usefulness. Unlike prior household technologies, the computer's entry into the household has followed a different pattern. Early statistics revealed a vast gender divide, with men using computers and related technologies much more in the household. More recent statistics show a narrowing of the divide, perhaps even a reversal, particularly in the United States, with women outnumbering men in the access to and use of the Internet. In this article, the role of gender and its relationship with Internet use in the home are reviewed. In addition to overall adoption and access, the review focuses on specific Internet applications and examines the factors that contribute to gender differences in adoption and use of computers and Internet applications in the home. 相似文献

Although mounting evidence in Western nations indicates that entertainment media influence young people’s sexual socialisation, virtually no research has addressed the topic in sub-Saharan Africa. The present study employed 14 focus groups of Ugandan high school students to identify media through which they were exposed to sexual content, how they interpreted and evaluated that content, and how they compared its influence with that of parents, schools and religious institutions. Participants most often mentioned TV, followed by print media and Internet as sources of sexual material. Media were said to present discrepant messages regarding the timing of sexual debut, with international programming urging early sexual debut and local programming described as urging young people to delay sex. Young people spoke of turning to ssengas and kojjas for sexual advice, and a number of boys suggested pornography could also be educational. Both local and international programming was interpreted as conveying views of men as sex driven and women as submissive in sex and relationships. Participants expressed the belief that sexual media content had a negative impact on young people. Most nevertheless assessed these messages as more influential than other sources of sexual socialisation. 相似文献

ABSTRACTAdolescent sexual health programs often frame needs assessments using risk-taking, disease, or fertility data, fostering a narrow perspective of sexual health and limiting scopes of related programs. We address the gap between traditional measures and the socioecological lens used by many in the field. Using Washington State as an example, we report methods for developing and mapping an index of sex education needs that integrates social determinants of health (SDH) to reflect the complex, interrelated influences affecting adolescents. The generated index and maps support a holistic approach to assessing inequity, resource allocation gaps, and specific programmatic needs of young people. This case study demonstrates that it is possible and important to align adolescent sexual health measurement strategies with more holistic adolescent sexuality development frameworks. We recommend that public health professionals consider a broader range of data on SDH in their sex education policy and program decision making. 相似文献

本文通过对个案村选举的描述与分析,指出村委会选举虽然使妇女的民主权利得以保障,竞争意识有所提高,但同时也强化了男性操作权力的现象。造成这一问题的根源在于传统的男权文化剥夺了妇女政治参与的机会,而妇联组织在村落权力结构中的边缘地位也弱化了妇女干部的影响力。要改变她们在选举中的弱势地位,就需塑造平等的性别文化,赋权于妇联组织,并在当前对妇女实施保护性政策。 相似文献

Limited research exists on the slut labeling process, a key means of enforcing rules around appropriate female sexuality. This study explores that process through qualitative interviews with 44 adolescent girls in Travis County, Texas. Labeling girls as sluts or hos was pervasive and was based on a number of factors beyond sexual behavior, including dress, friendships with boys, or jealousy from other girls. Responses depicted a narrow space in which girls functioned, bound at one end by limited agency and at the other by pervasive vulnerability. There was consensus about the negative consequences of being labeled. Most girls held mixed opinions about the slut labeling process: this may reflect their attempts to push back against a system that entraps them. These findings suggest that prevention and sex education programs must explicitly address slut labeling as well as other gender narratives that impede healthy sexual development. 相似文献
