转型期社会心态具有现实可感性,是社会现实的反映和社会变动的折射。消极社会心态的呈现,偏重于情感表达与情绪宣泄,并时常伴随群体性的社会行为,有一定的社会破坏性。转型期社会消极心态主要表现为社会焦虑、社会恐慌、社会冷漠、习惯性社会质疑等。消极心态的成因主要有安全感缺失、社会经济利益结构发生大幅调整及改革成果分享不均、信仰的缺失。消除消极社会心态的关键是维护社会公平公正,培植"奋发进取、理性平和、开放包容"的积极社会心态。 相似文献

绿色服务产业是绿色产业中提供智力支持和专业服务的支持性产业。在加快推动低碳经济发展的进程中,绿色服务产业的发展明显落后于绿色制造产业,为进一步激励和规范绿色服务产业,充分发挥其对低碳经济的助推作用,政府密集出台了一系列绿色服务产业的相关政策。本文根据《绿色产业指导目录》(2019年版)中绿色服务产业相关目录提取政策主题词,并利用北大法宝数据库提取2002—2017年间2921条绿色服务产业政策,实证分析绿色服务产业政策对低碳经济增长的影响效应及传导路径。研究表明:①2000年后中国绿色服务产业政策数量快速增长,绿色制造较为发达的东部地区,其政策规模明显大于其他地区;②绿色服务产业政策对低碳经济增长具有显著的促进作用,在经济基础或者生态基础好的区域促进作用更强;③中国绿色服务产业政策主要通过扩张绿色产业规模、促进产业结构绿色转型、加强绿色技术创新促进低碳经济增长。因此,应进一步完善绿色服务产业政策体系,为绿色制造的高质量发展提供有力支撑,同时关注绿色服务产业政策的异质性特征,促进不同地区的协调发展。 相似文献

This article discusses and illustrates with case examples the impact on the college experience for students who have impaired—medically or mentally ill, substance abusing, developmentally disabled—siblings. Although these students often show resilience and a well-developed sense of compassion, they may also struggle with developmental tasks of the college years. Compulsive altruism and conflicts about needing or receiving special attention influence normal developmental dilemmas of leaving home, forming new relationships, and vocational choice in characteristic ways. These challenges are elucidated and illustrated in this article with case examples. Implications for conducting psychotherapy, including transference and countertransference complications, are discussed. Understanding the difficulties of students with seriously impaired siblings may also alert clinicians to more subtle sibling issues in the broader student population. 相似文献

The study presented here is an elaboration on recent educational effectiveness research focusing on long-term school effects. Central in this study is the approach to teaching at secondary schools and its relation to student perception of the fit between school and university and 1st-year academic achievement. Based on previous research, a coding scheme is developed to classify pre-university schools based on the approach to teaching in the upper 3 years. Schools are scored according to this coding scheme and grouped with hierarchical cluster analysis, resulting in 3 groups: 1 characterized by a strong teacher-regulation approach, 1 with a shared regulation approach to learning, and 1 intermediate group. Multiple analysis of covariance shows differences between school clusters regarding student 1st-year achievement in soft science programmes. 相似文献

Postschool Engagement Predictors for Youth with Intellectual Disability: Results from South Carolina
ABSTRACTPostschool outcomes of youth with intellectual disability (ID) continue to trouble practitioners and scholars. The purpose of this study was to analyze postschool engagement outcome data for 360 survey respondents with ID in South Carolina in the areas of employment and postsecondary education/training. Specifically, we examined the relationship of special education exit reason, as well as, student, school, and district variables to youth’s postschool engagement. We used logistic regression to estimate probability of engagement one year after exiting high school. Results indicated that special education exit reason, gender, school retention rates, district attendance rates, percentage of students with disabilities within a district, percentage of students within a district receiving free and reduced lunch, district retention rates, and district suspension/expulsion rates were significantly related to three postschool engagement outcomes. The relationship between components of emotional intelligence (EI) (interpersonal ability, intrapersonal ability, adaptability and stress management) and academic performance in English, maths and science was examined in a sample of 86 children (49 males and 37 females) aged 11–12 years during the primary–secondary school transition period. Results indicated that for both males and females, intrapersonal ability had little relationship with academic achievement, while adaptability had the strongest relationship with achievement in all subjects. Gender differences were particularly pronounced for science, for which stronger relationships were observed with all EI components for males. In addition, apparent only for males was a negative relationship between stress management and science. These findings offer support for the current inclusion of a personal and emotional element in the primary school curriculum, and indicate that such training is likely to help males more than females to make a successful transition from primary to secondary school. 相似文献

社会发展不断证明,社会主义制度和资本主义制度各有短长,因此才有共同发展的可能和必要。1956年赫鲁晓夫提出"和平过渡"问题在苏联国内外引起强烈反响,对马列主义关于无产阶级斗争策略理论有极大影响,我们今天对这一理论进行重新评价同样具有重要意义。因为十月革命胜利七十多年后,许多国家却暂时走完了它们的社会主义历程。这一理论的提出有一定事实根据,是对国际共运前途的大胆预言。我们不能因为政治气候的变化便将其全盘否定,对其重新评价也是全面评价赫鲁晓夫其人及世界现当代史上其他人物的重要内容。随着历史发展,"和平过渡"这一重要的斗争形式一定能够实现由理论到实践的飞跃。 相似文献
