学术不端文献的发表追溯及防范对策——基于 185 篇疑似学术不端文献的实证分析

【目的】为学术期刊编辑及时、准确地辨别各种学术不端行为提供现实依据,以充分发挥编辑在防范和打击学术不端行为工作中的作用。【方法】根据《中国学术期刊影响因子年报》个刊影响力统计分析数据库,调查《广东农业科学》2007—2013年发表疑似学术不端文献的数量、类型、年际变化和疑似源文献类型,深入分析2012—2013年不端文献的重合度、重合内容、产生历程以及作者特征等。【结果】找出以上文献的“漏网”原因以及编辑部管理工作上的漏洞,发现学术不端行为已不是简单地表现为复制和拼凑,而是已经演化为隐式的深层次学术不端。【结论】编辑部应严格规范审稿流程、强化责任编辑的学术把关职责、执行收稿时查重+发表前二次检测以及双系统检测、建立学术不端问题共享数据库、注重刊后学术不端文献的撤销处理。  相似文献

In this editorial article, we introduce this Special Issue of Research Policy in honour of the late Keith Pavitt, a pioneer in science and technology policy studies and a scholar of innovation. The papers in this Issue were drawn from a widely attended international conference held in Keith's honour in November 2003 and selected according to their contribution to themes central to the Pavitt tradition: the nature of technological knowledge, the management of research and development in the firm, systems of innovation and measurement of scientific and technological activities. There are a further two papers which describe not only Keith Pavitt's scholarly legacy to the fields of innovation studies and science and technology policy but also the important role he played in forging the growing community of scholarship in technology and innovation.  相似文献

【目的】研究长三角区域编辑学论文的发表情况,以反映该区域的编辑学研究水平。【方法】统计分析长三角区域2013—2015年在《中国科技期刊研究》和《编辑学报》发表论文的高发文机构、高发文作者、主要基金项目等内容,比较各地区研究热点的差异。【结果】研究结果表明,长三角区域高发文机构和作者、基金项目、研究热点相对集中。【结论】建议从加强长三角区域科技期刊的学术交流、依靠期刊集群以编辑学研究促期刊发展、加大对编辑学领域课题的扶持力度、开展编辑学论文写作培训班4个方面促进长三角区域编辑学研究水平的提升。  相似文献

Today's business environment is populated with individuals who are digitally connected to clients, contractors, managers, and employees. Traditionally, the ways and behaviors of managers had developed and thrived within face-to-face work environments, but as computer-mediated technologies continue to change the boundaries of the business community, permit alternative worksites to increase, and the traditional workday to disappear, the role of the manager has changed. This article focuses on the communication behaviors between managers and their employees, and how these behaviors have changed as digital communication methods have become mainstream within organizations today. The variables of interest are manager communication and workplace trust.
