高校大型设备开放共享的问题及对策

通过对高校大型设备开放共享工作现状,包括:对大型设备开放共享的认识不到位、缺少相应的运行机制作为保障以及缺乏对设备管理技术人员的鼓励性政策等原因分析。并从建立健全管理机制与政策措施,构建高水平开放共享服务体系,建立网络信息化平台管理以及稳定设备管理技术队伍等几个方面探讨了进一步实现大型设备开放共享的举措,为今后高校大型设备开放共享工作提供了参考。  相似文献

Estimating URT network scale is the key to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of its construction. The existing studies on rational scale of URT network have not dealt with the interaction of supply and demand. This paper describes the establishment of a system dynamics model of rational URT network scale determination, considering the interaction between URT construction and city social economic development as well as the dynamic equilibrium of capital supply and traffic demand, and the verification of the model validity by applying it to the case of Wuhan City’s URT construction.  相似文献

本研究以体育、舞蹈和军训锻炼后的在校大学生为群体,对McAuley和Courneya研制的《主观锻炼体验量表》进行修订。通过开发式问卷调查、预调查和征求专家意见,修订了2个项目的内容和表达方式,再对福建省5所高校621位大学生进行调查研究,结果表明：修订后的大学生锻炼体验量表具有良好的信、效度,可作为大学生身体锻炼后主观体验的评价工具。  相似文献

Motor control of practice and actual strokes by professional and amateur golfers differ but feature a distance-dependent control strategy

Abstract

We explored how practice and actual putting strokes differed between professionals and high-level golf amateurs, and how practice strokes reflected subtle differences in putting distances. We analysed swing amplitude, impact velocity, and acceleration profile of the club-head. The acceleration profiles showed that the motor control pattern of the practice stroke differed from that of the actual stroke. To clarify the effects of different putting distances on the practice stroke and to analyse how much the actual stroke could be explained by the practice stroke, we conducted individual regression analyses. The practice strokes of all participants could be divided into three strategies and five types by the coefficient of determination and the slope. This implies that the purpose of the practice stroke varied among golfers. Most golfers used the individual velocity criteria in their practice strokes, which resulted in different putting distances based on their criteria. Unexpectedly, we found no significant difference in skill level between professionals and high-level amateurs. The results of this study imply that the practice stroke does not duplicate the actual stroke, even for professional golfers with excellent skills. However, most high-level golfers adopted distance-dependent control strategies for slightly different putting distances.  相似文献

Scaling typically is conducted to aid users in interpreting test results. This module describes different types of raw scores and scale scores, illustrates how to incorporate various sources of information into a score scale, and introduces vertical scaling and its related designs and methodologies as a special type of scaling. After completion of this module, the reader should be able to understand the relationship between various types of raw scores, understand the relationship between raw scores and scale scores, construct a scale with desired properties, evaluate an existing score scale, understand how content and standards information are built into a scale, and understand how vertical scales are developed and used in practice.  相似文献
